I know so many people that are working from home now, but cut back to 4 or even 3 days a week. Many people who have been cut back, still find they’re “on call” for the full 40 hour week. You have to hang around all day, but may just get a call to knock out 30 mins of work. So you’re tied up all day, but only getting paid or 30 mins.

Can’t count schools, we are under seasonal contracts. Even though some of us aren’t paid during the summer, we’re still under contract. This is why, normally and even this summer, we can’t collect unemployment cheks.
