Is this law Jamaica’s equivalent of the US’s racketeering law?
It has some similarities, but the let down is how our JCF collect and secure evidence.
The FBI will have all the I dotted and all the T cross before it brings its case to trial.
Throw the book at them
That only can be done, when investigators, do a complete job interms of evidence collection.
Just lock them up and throw wey de key… I doubt the system will ever reform dem…???🤷
Laws can be only effective when we have the tools and the personnel to investigate and collect evidence and it is presented in a court of law, and convictions are secured.
Yes put them in fi real and forget they exist
Put them jokers in jail and feed them bread and water
You can’t lock them up now and quick time they are back on the road to give more trouble they must deal with them in a very good way. Change the law.
