UK gets final Brexit approval from EU

After a long, drawn out fight, the United Kingdom will formally withdraw from the European Union. MEPs concluded the European Parliament's Brexit vote by singing "Auld Lang Syne," which was written by Scottish poet Robert Burns in 1788. #CNN #News

I used to work at Crapita.
I had a little demotivational plaque, that I awarded myself after having all my ideas for making our job easier/more productive/ more accurate turned down; even the ones that would have cost *literally* £ZERO.
It read almost exactly like yours; except I used _beastings_ rather than _beatings_

    2. @Bill Hubbard That’s true, every time I’ve been through the UK the exchange rate made most things punishingly expensive, even just a decent beer. It was like being in Okinawa or a state with sales taxes run amok

    1. TequilaOrWhiskey amen to that!! We are with DJT during the fake impeachment. Boris, Farage & Trump – dream team!

  1. England want to become Great Britain again, however prince left royal status, Scotland wanna be free country and some colonies wanna be independent.
So it’s not so far to achive, congratulations.
Lets European enjoy thier own glory

    1. @Ghulam Raza true… there are many scots who want euro colonisation… but more voted for parties that want union with the UK. Put it this way, more scots voted brexit than SNP. When the SNP vote reaches more people than the brexit vote, that’ll mean more.

    2. joe caterman, Not working together that’s a thing of a EU member state. but we can still do business together!

The thing is that we Dutch people always counted on the UK. because we have the same interests, now we have to do it alone in the EU.

I don’t want the Netherlands leaving the European Union. Because we Europeans should stick together.

    3. joe caterman Scotland prefers to be independent than be outside the EU. They DO NOT want to be rules by the Westminster elite. Give Scottish people independence! I will march with Scotland and I am English but we should not be rules by the far right xenophobes that voted for this Brexit disaster.

  2. “take your seats, you are leaving… and take your flags with you! ” I just hope things won’t go back to what it was in Ireland…

    1. I want to hear from Mr. Bean !!!!!
he came over from america today and met boris, BSing about China and getting his bid in for the NHS.

    1. SPZ Aruba Before the EU referendum. If you look at the general election last year the VAST majority of Scots voted for the SNP and the SNP priority is Scottish Independence. Scottish want independence and they will get it, they don’t want to be ruled by toffs from Westminster , they’d rather be ruled by the EU and at least have say in their future as a member of the EU.

    2. True equality and independence is not having any sort of EU type of arrangement. That is true equality and respect for other nations and cultures.

  3. Going to miss Nigel raging against the machine when he was seated at the front. Now that he has won, he is not so funny or edgy anymore.

    1. Yeah, baby u take u waters back🤣🤣🤣. And u fishermen back and u will catch a lot of fish. It’s only 1 problem. Where u sell it?!

    2. Valentin Condeescu There is something called “World” to sell what they got. Britain was a great country even before they joined the union.

  5. No “approval” was required by the EU! It was leaving on 31 Jan on the basis of the agreement or leaving on WTO terms. Note the operative word “leave”!

  6. Why is this barely being covered in the States? So glad this is finally happening. This is a huge victory for freedom, and the people of the UK.
