It’s no surprise that this is what happened it’s when ruthless men let there egos get the best of them it hurts the innocent and those who are guilty walk away with no repercussions
    Sad 😢

@David Hale oh come on, USA killed over 200k Iraqi since 2003 while doing their “terror war”.

The point is, whoever fight, innocent people will die.

    • MrSotiredofnewyoutube so why do you only mention the USA? Like everyone else is innocent. It’s only the USA no one ever in the history of the world killed anybody but the USA? Is that what your saying?

    • Pete Lind That is irrelevant to this!

But Putin says it wasn’t Iran!

  4. Per Thorenfeldt | January 9, 2020 at 1:01 PM | Reply

My dear American friends, do you remember when, on July 3, 1988, the United States shot down, an Iranian Airbus 300 aircraft, with 290 passengers?

    • George Constanza | January 9, 2020 at 10:04 PM | Reply

our Navy experts saw a large plane ascending and took it for a fighter plane descending to attack… we Americans do not value human life. Only money.

    • Per Thorenfeldt now the Iranians tied the score by shooting down a plane in there own country

    • Barbara Mulvaney LoL you dumb leftists would blame anything on trump. Probably Benghazi, fast a furious, and 387 drone strikes under Obama are trumps fault too. #DumbPeople

    • Rodion Raskolnikov | January 9, 2020 at 10:28 PM | Reply

@Barbara Mulvaney Actually, Trump will be re-elected in 2020, because the Democrats have no strong candidate

@Per Thorenfeldt great response but let’s call it what it is ,not falsehoods but lieing…. Pathological lying.!!!

  5. 63 Canadians, but the connecting flight to Canada had 138 empty seats. In a way, it doesn’t matter who they were, it’s so sad. But I am Canadian and my heart aches. Young people. Newlyweds. Children. A dentist. Grad students. Professors. All with full lives to lead, and chose to come here. Now gone.

  6. What a terrible situation for those people Rest In Peace to those that died

    • Yah, too bad they didn’t get married in Canada

    • Kevin Bransky | January 9, 2020 at 5:01 PM | Reply

Be sad for innocent victims. But when you’re standing in a voting booth in November, remember the anger that you should feel against Trump for provoking such a circumstance – and likely as a political distraction for his campaign, not the betterment of the world. Vote with the feeling of frustration and guile you feel against a leader (Trump) who was willing to allow the possibility of a hot war and all the casualties that come with it because he think’s Biden will win this year.

  7. Having been on an aircraft with and in-flight engine fire and having worked in aviation, this sure did not seem like engine or other mechanical failure.

    • Frank Winkhorst | January 9, 2020 at 2:14 PM | Reply

Of course it was engine failure! The engines failed to survive a strike from a missile! The only question is, was it Iranian or American?

    • You could tell they lost cabin pressure seeing how fast it was dropping and it looked like the whole side of the plane was on fire.

    • Also reports are that the beacons on the plane suddenly went dead just shy of 8,000ft up. That means something killed them and the backups. This is why we had a problem with Trump killing their general like he did and bragging about it, you can’t control a hornets nest when you kick it. Yes it’s better the general is dead, but it set off a chain of events no one can control and ended in a downed plane…

    • It was definitely an engine fire but it was probably started buy a missile

Redundant systems don’t just stop transmitting all at once unless they were blown up

  8. Yea, just like the weapons of mass destruction!

  9. Nikolai Sikes | January 9, 2020 at 1:45 PM | Reply

F’ing tragic. I feel for all the involved, regardless of nationality.

    • @Li Li All reports so far indicate the plane was shot down.

    • TeleComDog Travel-Tech & Talk | January 9, 2020 at 5:57 PM | Reply

@Pete Lind Video shows the plane EXPLODED in the sky, it was 3 years old. Chances of that naturally happening are SLIM.

    • @Pete Lind STFU are you an expert on aviation, are you an expert on anything or just a poor unintelligent fool, why are you trying to contradict what the experts are saying, do you now feel guilty about the plane being shot down, who started all the Iranian unrest who ordered the strike on the Iranian general? Why do you feel you haft to defend it all and why

    A series of unfortunate events.

  11. RIP to those people who didn’t deserve to die .

    • how do you know? you knew all the ones that were onboard?

    • George Florence | January 9, 2020 at 7:29 PM | Reply

StrykerV8 you’re the one who mentioned Trump here.

The reporting I’ve seen says it was a lot of college students, why exactly do they deserve to die?

Why did any of those human beings deserve to die? Why did American soldiers die in Kenya a couple days ago?

    • Roseforvendetta | January 9, 2020 at 9:20 PM | Reply

@StrykerV8 this is a tragedy. Each country involved in this.their main of objective was to advance their own interest. And that’s the bottom line of political diplomacy. But they will never be able to solve this. Theres no permanent fix to this. Getting rid of one not gonna solve it.its very sad that man can not put his weapons of difference aside for the sake of peace and humanity.

  12. They had a 5 hour notice of this attack so who ordered to let this plane fly knowing the attack was coming???

    • @Kevin Bransky who ordered the strike on the general, would there be a problem if it didn’t happen

    • Aldriane Vampir | January 9, 2020 at 9:32 PM | Reply

don’t you heared on the news?
There’s was only two hours right after Iranian attack on iraqui base when this happened.

    • Yes……tensions were high and Iran should have deemed it a no fly zone like we did after the towers went down

  13. Does anyone find it a sort of bizarre coincidence that the downed plane is Ukrainian?

  14. Was there anyone on the plane who’s on Putin’s enemies list?

  15. Anonymous Fitness | January 9, 2020 at 4:37 PM | Reply

All airlines should stop all flights to and out of Iran.

  18. Sounds like Someone trying to start a war👀

  19. Engines have mechanical problems when a missile drives into it.

  20. Like always the innocent casualties outnumber the belligerents casualties in war
