Biden’s vote count exceeded 80 million popular votes today, and still going up.
As a Democrat, I’m very grateful to the Lincoln Project and Veterans Against Trump, along with all the other Republican organizations that spent millions and millions of dollars promoting a Democratic candidate. That’s never been done before.
Their lives DID depend on it! And 250 000 lost those very lives. (That’s about as many Americans (and non-Americans) who died when Britain’s Tony Blair and George W. Bush invented weapons of mass destruction and invaded Iraq and then Afghanistan, and Obama perpetuated that needless war…) yet Trump supporters will still claim that he isn’t a bloodthirsty murderer like the deep state Biden represents.

We want a return to decency, and respect. Some of usc would’ve preferred a more progressive candidate. But honestly, more progressive than Trumpism is ok too. And that includes Biden. We also wanted a return to intelligence, science, and rule of law. Also, we didn’t want someone who saw himself as a demigod, or Messiah. Some of us already have a Messiah that we are very happy with.
We are the “forgotten voter” because we don’t feel the need to be a blaring Karen refusing to wear a mask in Costco or an obnoxious protester belching exhaust on the other side of the street with trucks decorated with gaudy “patriotism” on display in the form of giant flags and maga everything.. They are loud and obnoxious and demand a spotlight to push their ideals of “standing up for their rights”. The “forgotten majority” is interested in making positive changes that benefit the majority, which ironically includes the very people railing against it. Go figure.
