    1. @SSG Squidward Mohammed is dead and rotting in a tomb. Jesus Christ has risen from the dead. No one comes to the Father in heaven, except though the Son.

    1. Yup – Turn on the TV = Corona
Turn on the Radio = Corona
Go onto the Internet = Corona
Open your wallet = Zerona !

  1. MoSt of the claims are FROM THE RICHEST states on the BACKS of the poor states. NY, you are EVIL THIEVES

    1. How could anyone be this stupid. Of the fifty states, forty are a net drain on federal resources versus what their tax revenue provides. The ten that give in more than they take out are all affluent, Democrat-leaning states. New York gives one dollar to the federal government for every 83 cents it receives. My state, New Jersey, is right behind it.

It would be far more accurate to say that my affluent friends and I subsidize the poorer states. But I’m ok with that, because it’s helping fellow Americans.

I just wish they’d used some of that money to fund better education in whatever state you’re from, because the education system there clearly failed you on even the most basic fundamental levels of understanding.

  2. I’m so Proud of My President, and i must say i’m Proud of the people of the US,working together and not letting Dems cut us down and make us more sick. people please do what Trump ask you to and forget Nancy and Chuck. who are trying to kill more of us. Trump will save us.

    1. @Jake Reilly I agree people like him should gather in large groups just like trump said. And the world would become a much better place.

    2. Jake Reilly or when he says to take chloroblablasmth to treat corona lol and people die off of it

  4. The numbers are only that low because that’s the maximum that can be processed. Look for 30M in 3 weeks.

  5. The total “Regular Flu” Deaths in the USA were (61,000 ) during the single Flu Season which occurred from Dec 2017 to April 2018
Today’s first “COVID-19 Virus” Season from Dec 2019 to April 2020 has resulted to date in only (1,070) Deaths in the USA.
Based on the above statistics, there is no reason for the USA to close every city and every mall, school, and restaurant in any US State.
What we need to do is target and quarantine the areas within the States that have a clear serious infection count and growth rate.
And STOP shutting down Cities that clearly have little or no growth rate. I would be better to allow the younger workers to work – and Quarantine to older to a few months until the end of the Flu season – and this should be done in every Flu season.

What we have here is a bunch of idiot greedy fearful politicians who are afraid that they will be accused of under-reacting – and therefore will not be elected in November of 2020 !

  6. (*Un-neccessary) closings have added jobless neighbors to the already HUGE NUMBERS of unemployed for the past 40 years. When their extensions run out THEY ARE STILL JOBLESS UNEMPLOYED. But because they are *off* the benefits list they are not on the Municipal Corporation Presidents t.v. sheet. So he can report low numbers unemployed. But those off the benefits list ARE STILL UNEMPLOYED !! UNEMPLOYMENT is really about 30-40%> maybe higher. They* are using this “live exercise” of the US Military for bioweapon/food control op. Almost Textbook* They are closing the borders in increments until total prison lock down. You cannot move out from the country you cannot take your money out of the country. you need a special S.S. REAL-ID to leave the country or go to another state. The law enforcement have towers that monitor our messages/calls…where is freedom??

  7. I got 2 weeks paid off so I need to wait to file. I know that my layoff is temporary but others are not so lucky.

  8. It’s not just because of Coronavirus! This was going to happen regardless of the outbreak, the pandemic was just the trigger. Our economy, in fact, every economy based on market capitalism, has a downturn every 7-10 years. They are made worse if there a longer period of time in between them, and if people still haven’t recovered from the last one. That is exactly what has happened here. It doesn’t take a genius or a harvard economist to tell you that when the majority of Americans don’t have enough money to survive a $400 emergency and it’s been 11 years since the last recession and the President keeps lowering interest rates to prolong an artificial period of economic growth that you have a recipe for disaster! Leftists have been sounding this alarm bell since the last recession hit. You can’t have an economy that benefits no one but the super wealthy and expect every other aspect of it to function at maximum capacity.

  9. Help filing for unemployment:

So my situation is a little unique. Me and my spouse are both self-employed. We run an online business from home (no other employees). We file our taxes jointly as sole proprietorship. Only my spouse’s name is on the 1099 (online account is registered to them) but both of our names are on the 1040.

We’re in a declared disaster area (CA) and due to the Covid-19 situation, our revenue is down 50% and our supply chain has been cut off completely.

So as you can see, our income is not zero but our business has been drastically affected. How would we go about the filing and what benefits would we qualify for under the new bill? Do we each file a separate case? Would we still qualify for the additional $600 p/week. Would each of us get it or only one.

Since we share the revenue stream/report it jointly, when we file for unemployment separately, do we report 50% each or the full amount?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
