If someone is infected and tests positive, they continue to test that person. Every time that person tests positive, it counts as a new case even though it’s the same person.

Since then the national daily death rate has fallen 92% So now all that fake news is talking about is the rising number of infections. But that rising number has 2 causes. One is increase in testing. Two is that they are finding that there are between 10 and 20 times the number of people that have anti-bodies for Covid-19 and they are counting those as infections. And while they concentrate on the infection numbers now – they have stopped talking about the death rate.
