The worst part is his trash base thinks “I was just pretending to be stupid to see how you would react” is a both a viable excuse and a good characteristic for a leader to have (neither are true obviously but good luck convincing a trump supporter otherwise). They truly are a lost cause.

but also, alcohol (ethanol, a disinfectant) is already used in vapour form inhaled into the lungs as a effective treatment of pulmonary adema, fluid in the lungs, aka pneumonia and could possibly be effective as disinfecting the patient airways at the same time, doctors are looking into the efficacy of it.

Wtf are you talking about??? I am a doctor on ICU for 20 years, and I have never ever heard of anyone suggesting to inhale ethanol. That’s mad. We have a common disinfectant that contains 99% ethanol. And inhaling this is a common CAUSE of pulmonary edema, not a cure, oh my god!!!!
