  1. I can understand Trump not being smart enough to understand a pandemic. However Trump’s poor understanding of how a clock works should be cause for concern. He blamed the recent debates for a stock market crash that happened BEFORE the debates. Time travel much?

  2. Its good to get the truth here. We know we cant depend on any truth from leadership…trump.
Trumps lies in this matter are putting you all at risk.
As President, he is tasked with protecting the citizens of America. He is exposing you all.

  3. To feel good and bring back market confidence, America wants to see Donald Trump visit ground zero of the Coronavirus! Without a mask, then we will believe his confidence and downplaying.

  4. The USA is particularly susceptible to this virus. Healthcare for some and the poor can’t afford to be tested. You can’t trace people who don’t get tested.

  5. I guess this is where the small government theory isn’t going to work. Looks like the republicans didn’t factor pandemic or Trump in their small government idea’s.

    1. There was a pandemic response chain of command. But the trump administration got rid of them, (probably because Obama came up with it) and the current administration had cut the CDC budget year after year. And now they need them…

    2. Apparently Azar was a pharmacutical executive at Eli Lilly before this HHS job. So how much does he really know about anything?

  6. Testing? Are you serious? How do you plan on attracting low income wage earners in America to access any healthcare facility?

    1. @Jaak Savat Even if they were disposable they are still capable of carrying and spreading contagions and without some form of universal healthcare we have very little influence over the spread.

  7. One man responsibly went to get tested for coronavirus. He was cleared, and got a bill from the hospital for $3000! Welcome to America.

    1. People are being refused to test them. Does your local hospital have a test kit? Probably not and the criterea for testing is not adequate because some people show no symptoms.. Pence will review are information coming from medical professionals working on this virus. No immediate release of information. California has one person who has tested positive and they don’t know where it came from.

    2. JoAnn Holmes – reread your post and see just how ridiculous you sound from:

“Pence will review are information coming from medical professionals who are working on this virus.” His office should not be involved in this decision. Way too much important information could be miss handled this way.

“No immediate release of information.” Wait…what?! The American public should not know? …your school district, government, medical facilities.

“California has one person who has tested positive and they don’t know where it came from.” Think about it… This Californian did not live in a bubble before showing signs of infection, had come into contact with countless people. Let’s not forget to mention that California [or all of the US] does not have accurate testing in place.

    1. @Idylchatter
      :
They think that if not for the recovered (from which they’re not getting any money), they’ll go out of business, which wouldn’t be a bad thing in their cases hehehehehehe They never have been very good at _thinking_ , though hehehehehe

  8. Maybe if they find one person from that city. They should tell everyone in that city to stay home. So it won’t spread

  9. What’s going on in N.Korea? If the south can’t get a grip on this, imagine what’s going on in a crippled place like NK.

    1. NK People is in great danger. The spherically shaped dictator Kim does not care for them, he only cares for staying in power having his lousy nukes as deterrent against any action against him.

    2. Actually North Korea is probably one of the safest places regarding this virus. They don’t allow travel at all for its citizens. It’s a prison country.

    3. @CDCanada :: The NKs don´t go to the West , but they have many contacts, commercial and political, with one country: China.

  10. Looks like a (self-inflicted) problem that trump knows nothing about and can’t control. Good luck ‘Murica’
