    1. Funny how people are very particular about the way something is pronounced . It’s like these so called liberals aren’t very tolerant

    2. @N W
      .
Actually, it was a tongue-in-cheek comment – not meant to be taken seriously. Most people here understood that. Funny how so-called conservatives have no sense of humor and are unable to recognize simple things.

    1. @William H Music 2020 masks aren’t comfortable. My sister had a mild case of Covid..she lives in a nursing home. My cousin died…she didn’t and had no ore existing conditions. Stay safe.

    2. @William H Music 2020 Electoral college, SCOTUS, and the majority of American voters seem to think otherwise…

    1. @John Toth I am not trying to be helpful it is fact just like moron trump is president here in u.s. trudeau is priminister of Canada. Every province 12 to be exact have premiers… verify on google

    2. @kathleen gallagher Since you’re providing explanations to people who already know what you’re trying to ‘explain’. Obviously you feel your 2nd hand knowledge is superior to those of us here in Canada. So, what’s next? Perhaps you can explain the nuanced negotiations that went into he Charlottetown accords.

    3. @Debra Smith this is true .. priminister is liberal party and doug ford is conservative . Premier of Ontario… yes they care about their people

  1. Thanksgiving in Canada is earlier (October 12th) therefore having nothing to do with the recent upsurge in covid cases.

    1. More mid October than early but yeah we have no good reason for our spike in November and early December other than we’re some crazy Canuks up here.

  2. Lol love how Minka pronounced Ontario 🇨🇦 . This is my province and it’s beautiful here ❤️🇨🇦❤️

    1. 🤦🏻‍♀️ honestly didn’t realize I spelled her name wrong , wish I could chalk it up to humor 😆

    1. @Deborah Freedman there’s been a few …….Rob Ford (addict) or Don Cherry (that one is like Trump in that some people adore him)

  3. Mika-We celebrate our Thanksgiving in October, usually around the 10th. Do a little research on your neighbour to the north.

  4. Ontario. Toronto. Premier. Just a few words Mika might want to polish up her pronunciation of before she does another report on a region an 8 hour drive away she seems to know very little aboot.

  5. There is an old and proven theory of “short time pain for long time gain”. We, leaders in the west, North America in particular really messed up.

  6. Thank you so much for including Canada in your reporting. ❤️ Giggling at the other comments. See how many of us watch you. Love from British Columbia.

  7. Mika, they don’t have Thanksgiving like we do. So their surge can’t be attributed to Thanksgiving holiday.

  8. Fords’ conservative government has done a crappy job in Ontario. Economy and big business came first and they have never gotten ahead of the situation despite having all summer to do so. Invite her back and ask why a plan for improving long term care homes wasn’t put in place over the summer after we lost a huge number of seniors in the spring and everyone predicted a rise in cases in the fall. FYI they passed a bill protecting LTC home owners over the summer but just started to look at improving conditions inside the homes today. Sound familiar to any of my American neighbours? #MiniTrump
