    1. @Erroneous Monk
Is this unstable genius the same Impeached Trumpet who thought it was a good idea to bully a 16 year old Greta Thunberg on Tweeter because she got the TIME Magazine cover he craved because Spanky had plans?
This Traitorous Disgusting Immoral Coward surrendered to Vladimir Putin in Helsinki. Check FOX news.
You could see Spanky was oozing FEAR from every pore. Afraid of the KGB boss he’d met privately a few minutes B4 press conference.
Our country was not ready to deal with this Virus because Spanky, in his infinite wisdom, cut the CDC budget, closed many of their offices, and wanted to cut their Budget again.
Surprising to see him walk upright when you realize the Virulent Cowardice Trumpet feels makes him a Spineless Worm during any 24 hour period.
      Bless his heart.

    2. @Edmond Dantes I want Greta to get a Nobel prize. Imagine the orange implosion. I’d nominate her if I was qualified, sadly I am not.

  3. Trump: “The corona virus is a hoax, nothing to be frightened of”
Coronavirus: “Mmmm, we’ll see about that”

    1. @thewanderandhiscomp …the US Economy is ridden with Debt and can no longer afford to help anyone outside the USA. The American People need to listen to this President and stop living decadent LIFE STYLES.

    4. @B.J Cameron Are you freaking kidding? Trump lives in decadence day in day out. Think before you speak, otherwise you look the fool.

  4. When trump lies then his health official contradicts him, the health official is never shown on fox just the red meat trump lies for Faux and the freedom medal holder.

    1. Over half of trump voters were over 60 in 2016. That number has probably increased. This virus could do serious damage to his base.

Especially as it becomes apparent to them the testing is going to cost them three to four thousand dollars and if they get a serious case they could be wiped out financially. The government even charged that guy they put in force quarantine $3,200 for medical care they made him accept during his quarantine.

  5. That thumbnail: Who has a solution or a plan of action for handling this epidemic?

    Mike Pence: Not me!!!

    1. Maybe if he heard from listened to specialist and read a few utube comments. Did any one ask Google’s new quantum computer? I would love to hear the answer.

    2. E Johnson … hey, watch how you talk about our Surgeon General MikePence. He’s doing the best he can with no knowledge of anything whatsoever.

    3. Mike Pence aka Trumps Surgeon General has the entire situation under complete control. Wait, what year is this again?

  6. At Trumps last rally he bragged that corona was a democrstic hoax, as the CDC was warning of a pandemic.

Institutions alone are not enough to rein in elected autocrats. Constitutions must be defended, by political parties and organized citizens but also by democratic norms. Without robust norms, constitutional checks and balances do not serve as the bulwarks of democracy we imagine them to be. Institutions become political weapons, wielded forcefully by those who control them against those who do not. This is how elected autocrats subvert democracy – packing and “weaponizing” the courts and other neutral agencies, buying off the media and the private sector (or bullying them into silence) and rewriting the rules of politics to tilt the playing field against opponents. The tragic paradox of the electoral route to authoritarianism is that democracy’s assassins use the very institutions of democracy, gradually, subtly, and even legally, eliminate it.

Trump’s presidency has raised a question that many of us never thought we’d be asking: Is our democracy in danger? Harvard professors Steven Levitsky and Daniel Ziblatt have spent more than twenty years studying the breakdown of democracies in Europe and Latin America, and they believe the answer is yes. Democracy no longer ends with a bang—in a revolution or military coup—but with a whimper: the slow, steady weakening of critical institutions, such as the judiciary and the press, and the gradual erosion of long-standing political norms. The good news is that there are several exit ramps on the road to authoritarianism. The bad news is that, by electing Trump, we have already passed the first one.”How Democracies Die –by Steven Levitsky and Daniel Ziblatt

  8. All the Administration’s efforts are focused on minimizing the political damage, not minimizing the impact of the virus. They don’t care about people’s health.

    1. @Esther Perez …..exaggeration can induce people to panic. The Media has used Coronavirus for this very purpose. If you are in good health the Coronavirus is a mild case if flu.

    2. @Edmond Dantes Yep, you’re right…he is a coward. He’s happy to Pay people to do the ‘dirty work’ Long as he doesn’t have to get his tiny hands dirty!

  9. This entire administration cannot handle simple issues over the last three years. Why would anyone think they can handle this?

    1. I remember serious discussion and concern that this Administration would not be able to handle a real crisis after 90 days had passed and everyone realized that they were not Staffing the positions needed to run the government. These same positions have always been staffed in under 90 days by prior Republican and Democratic Administrations.

  10. Why isn’t the U.S. Surgeon General addressing the American people??

This position is literally designed to serve as the nation’s doctor🩺

    1. @bluecappy, it may feel that way, but according to Wikipedia…

“Jerome Michael Adams is an American anesthesiologist and a vice admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps who currently serves as the 20th Surgeon General of the United States. Prior to becoming surgeon general, he served as the Indiana State Health Commissioner from 2014–2017. On June 29, 2017, President Donald Trump nominated Adams to become Surgeon General of the United States. Adams was confirmed by the United States Senate on August 3, 2017. He assumed office on September 5, 2017.”

Of note…during his time serving as Indiana State Health Commissioner…Mike Pence was Governor🤔

    2. Every news on this virus is controlled by the White House, Trump has to approve or invent the information that comes out!

    3. Scott H… wait, I thought that Mike Pence was the Surgeon General. Wait, what year is this again? This current administration has me very confused.
