  2. Could have been prevented if the family would have kept him on his meds. Health care is FREE in Canada but some insist they are better then that.

  3. “He could have died at any time” isn’t a defense; he _could_ have, but he didn’t until the cop. ¬_¬ That “defense” is like saying that it’s fine if you shoot a terminal cancer patient in the face. 🤦

    1. Do you think it’s ok for your terminally ill patient be exempt from the law? Do you think Police know who is terminally ill? Oh, o.kay, I grabbed some tits in a restaurant, resisted arrest and got away scott-free cause I’m about to die?? What planet do you come from?

  4. when ‘Ari Goldkind” is discussing a case, you can be sure he favors whatever decision causes the most social upheaval. I Hate the Juice and so should you.
