I’m not going to say anything until it actually happens. This is the point before which nothing else has mattered. It won’t stop until it is stopped.

I don’t know if anyone else knows this but, They can keep the name “Redskins” if they just changed the logo from an Indian to a redskin potato. 🥔 That way, they’re not insulting anyone.

  3. I know that thanks really goes to the tireless commitment of the people who have been fighting for this name change for decades… but shout out to fedex for doing the right thing. We know that corporations currently rule the world. The action of corporations right now will play no small part in the fight for racial equality.

    • I’m from the Bay Area. In 1981, Stanford changed their mascot from the Indians to the Cardinal. During that time, people tried to change the Washington mascot also. The feeling was, just ignore it and it will go away. I guess it didn’t go away.

  4. Of course it helps that Nike just removed all the Washington Red Skins paraphernalia from their on line catalog. No discussion. It’s just gone.

  5. Young people won’t remember that Stanford changed their sports teams names from the Indians to the Cardinals. This was long, long before it was politically correct to do so. We here in the Bay Area just felt it the right thing to do. Of course, there was some resistance. Result? They ARE the Stanford Cardinals. Period. Who cares? Quit insulting people, for God’s sake.

I just heard Washington is going change their name in honor of Trump. They changed it to the thin skins.

Nike pulled Redskin gear from it’s website. The team will change its name. Especially since they want a new stadium in DC and the mayor said you aren’t welcome unless you change your name

  19. When you do a video interview, it’s very important to show off all the books you own, so you can appear to be intelligent adn wise. Why don’t you let your arguments speak for themselves? The bookcase move is something I would expect from a very right wing politician…..in which case I also assume the he or she never opened any of them. :/ And why keep books in the livingroom? Do you need to access them so frequently that they have to be close at hand? My guess is no! You all just look ridiculous.
