  1. Tell that to the people working in the Cricket store and the ppl entering Metro pc. NO MASKS NO DISTANCING.

  2. VERY SAD MASK HAS BECOME POLITICAL

My friend I could of never said it better my self what have we become yesterday on the bus a lady was smoking plus no mask no one said anything people was just minding their own business

Yes, David, unfortunate wearing mask becomes political when it is a simple task to do to care. I am saddened to know that the freedom on this country is jeopardized by not wearing mask. We are confide to do things outside the norm just because of the “freedom” (of not wearing mask) is exercised. Yes you have that freedom but we will all be slaved to do things outside of the norm. Little sacrifice can be done in a short time but unfortunately no lead can be seen in this country. If this is mandated from top, then maybe we are not in this situation. :).

Let it be political. The Republicans will get sick and die and the Dems will stay safe and survive. Works for me.

  3. As today we know in Germany that school opening is directly related to death toll because of corona.
    Schools open means more death.
No doubt, the research is pretty clear about that here in Germany.
    You should reset, right now.

    • @dean mushtuk Dean, please, you make too much sense. There’s no excitement or mystery in what you say. Therefore, these people who live boring wretched lives day in and day who desperately need that adrenaline fix will start committing suicide. If we are lucky that is.

    • @Hengasch And what are the demographic and medical profiles of that 4% who died?

    • Dolores Reynolds | August 4, 2020 at 3:35 AM | Reply

dean mushtuk Do you actually think that dying is the only bad outcome from this disease? Ok, so our doctors and scientists have done a masterful job of bringing down the death rate over time. There are thousands of people who got the virus and never got back to normal; some had blood clot related problems, from phlebitis to stroke, some had other organs fail due to oxygen deprivation, some have long term or permanent lung or heart damage. There are a lot of formerly healthy people who have had to work part-time, because even with a huge load of drugs, some of those folks are still too weak or debilitated to function even near their own 100%. This is months after being tested free of the virus. And it happens to a large number of COVID sufferers.

A school in Melbourne was one of the key hotspots transmitting the virus that caused Melbourne’s new lockdown.

Opening gyms, restaurants, bars, summer camps & schools in the middle of a surging Pandemic, wtf? And as the Maga lemmings go over the cliff, they infect others and don’t care. tRump has shown the ugly underbelly of America, and it is truly nauseating.

    • @Seven Nine Three If I were a journalist I’d already know what else Trump’s former class mate has to say ? I’d be trailing each and everyone who “doesn’t ” have this info, That way I’d know If , no, strike that,,I’d be at the Southern Borders with photos of each person, and able to further inquiry.

Tom B your president kills more than 150.000 Americans and that makes America GREAT ?

    • One or two infected in a camp meeting 4 days later 100’s have covid. Even those that don’t dies will often be left with long term medical, issues. Evidence is coming forwards that many are left with mental health issues similar to those seen with sars. This is just starting

They are now worried about opening the schools in the UK. I stay in Aberdeen Scotland and they opened the bars and 27 cases appeared from one bar.

    • Maybe it comes close to flu but that’s because of lockdowns and social distancing. Hospitals can’t offer unlimited care to just go about like it’s nothing more than a flu.

@dean mushtuk how much has flu season gone through the summer season like covid 19. It has not stopped in momentum. Stop comparing this to the flu. This virus is not a joke or a hoax.

    • I know Aberdeen. Not to worry. Everyone is so saturated with alcohol that the virus doesn’t stand a chance.

    • dean mushtuk what are you even on about your figures are delusional. In an American summer camp the kids arrived with one or two of their number infected, 4 days later it was 160 ish of 350. That is not an RO of 0.3

14 Characteristics of Fascism (from the essay Ur-Fascism by Umberto Eco)

    1. The cult of tradition. “One has only to look at the syllabus of every fascist movement to find the major traditionalist thinkers. The Nazi gnosis was nourished by traditionalist, syncretistic, occult elements.”
    2. The rejection of modernism. “The Enlightenment, the Age of Reason, is seen as the beginning of modern depravity. In this sense Ur-Fascism can be defined as irrationalism.”
    3. The cult of action for action’s sake. “Action being beautiful in itself, it must be taken before, or without, any previous reflection. Thinking is a form of emasculation.”
    4. Disagreement is treason. “The critical spirit makes distinctions, and to distinguish is a sign of modernism. In modern culture the scientific community praises disagreement as a way to improve knowledge.”
    5. Fear of difference. “The first appeal of a fascist or prematurely fascist movement is an appeal against the intruders. Thus Ur-Fascism is racist by definition.”
    6. Appeal to social frustration. “One of the most typical features of the historical fascism was the appeal to a frustrated middle class, a class suffering from an economic crisis or feelings of political humiliation, and frightened by the pressure of lower social groups.”
    7. The obsession with a plot. “The followers must feel besieged. The easiest way to solve the plot is the appeal to xenophobia.”
    8. The enemy is both strong and weak. “By a continuous shifting of rhetorical focus, the enemies are at the same time too strong and too weak.”
    9. Pacifism is trafficking with the enemy. “For Ur-Fascism there is no struggle for life but, rather, life is lived for struggle.”
    10. Contempt for the weak. “Elitism is a typical aspect of any reactionary ideology.”
    11. Everybody is educated to become a hero. “In Ur-Fascist ideology, heroism is the norm. This cult of heroism is strictly linked with the cult of death.”
    12. Machismo and weaponry. “Machismo implies both disdain for women and intolerance and condemnation of nonstandard sexual habits, from chastity to homosexuality.”
    13. Selective populism. “There is in our future a TV or Internet populism, in which the emotional response of a selected group of citizens can be presented and accepted as the Voice of the People.”
    14. Ur-Fascism speaks Newspeak. “All the Nazi or Fascist schoolbooks made use of an impoverished vocabulary, and an elementary syntax, in order to limit the instruments for complex and critical reasoning.”

Phinneas Bluster – “The critical spirit makes distinctions…” By insulting intelligent discourse as being in bizarro land you just confirm that Drumpsters are unable to win an argument.

    • Phinneas Bluster | August 3, 2020 at 9:37 PM | Reply

manuel Ruizp … The critical spirit makes distinctions? You need to put that crack pipe down son and face reality. Joe Biden is a loser he’s going to lose big-time on November 3 and his son Hunter is going to jail. And maybe with a little luck they’ll invite you along with them

    • Phinneas Bluster | August 3, 2020 at 9:42 PM | Reply

Brexit Refugee….. Nigel Farage told me to tell you hello. He also told me to tell you you’re a loser And you need to stay out of the business of Americans. We already have enough stupid people over here. . Enjoy your Brexit loser. Here in the states were voting for Donald Trump on November 3. Millions and millions of us because we have had enough the crap from the Democrats.

    • Brexit Refugee | August 3, 2020 at 9:47 PM | Reply

Phinneas Bluster you know Farage? Are you a Russian oligarch? Here’s the deal: when America stops interfering in the politics of the rest of the world, I won’t try and influence the politics of your country.

  11. “Extraordinarily widespread” no duh, it’s a pandemic, what did you expect? Zero transmission?

calling Nancy Pelosi as temp President, that will make dumpty trumpty seize up. Nancy your government is calling you.

  13. Prepare well America. Millions are gonna die. The streets will be filled with chaos and troops.

  14. It’s called Republican fascism.

  15. Sorry its time to be brutally graphic here, not being dramatic:
*OPTION 1:* You listen to Trump’s advice and open-up liberty style..
First you get temperature, headache, fatigue and soar throat, much like a flu.
But what makes this different is that it hurts to breath.
You end up in intensive care, on the drips and pain killers.
Your body starts to shut down, kidneys, liver, spleen and you get attacked by secondary infections.
You then go on the ventilator with tubes down your throat, at this stage the discomfort and pain are unbearable.
Your in out of consciousness, and with gods help and modern medicine you might recover.
You will spend weeks and months in recovery and may even succumb to a secondary attack, back in again and all over again and then pneumonia might take you out.
*OPTION 2:* Follow CDC scientific advice, ware a mask and social distance, less painful. ☣

  16. Well the stupid is coming home to roost. I don’t feel sorry for people that laughed this off.

As long as you have an Electoral College that determines the presidency and not the will of the people…why should we vote? Hillary won the popular vote … so what’s up?

  19. The only thing consistent about potus is malignant narcissism.

  20. She has been backing Trump up too long to start to trust her now
