Every state would lose jobs. How significant this job loss is would be determined by the extent to which a state expanded spending (and thus how much spending it will lose), what portion of a state’s households fall in the groups getting the largest tax cuts (how much it will gain).

To repeal the ACA would have cost real jobs, high paying jobs not your grocery store bagger jobs. And it was revealed that a number of corporations have been quite eager to dump costly insurance plans but did not what the PR blow back so using the ACA as an excuse was their perfect go to move.
So while you moan on about a few thousand jobs that may have been adversely impacted by the ACA implementation, tens of millions got more better insurance coverage and ultimately better healthcare.
