Brandee Easterday of course journalism itself isn’t the enemy of the people. There’s a reason it was the only industry specifically mentioned in the constitution. Instead of misunderstanding one another let’s agree every leader should be questioned. I don’t think further steps to socialism at the federal level by healthcare etc… will be the best step forward at this challenging time on that front of keeping the power in the people’s hands. Trump isn’t perfect, but he is sure the preferable option.
Toward Treatise I’ll agree with you on the journalism but I just can’t agree with trump or healthcare. I have traveled too much to see that our health care keeps people sick and makes wealthy people more wealthy. I don’t think people should lose their health care because they lost their job. I just want the right plan to pay for it. The big pharmaceutical companies will do everything in their power to get you to think its communist or socialist so it’s bad. But they have a major stake in the game and so do the politicians they fund. This pandemic to me has shown why we need affordable healthcare for our citizens.
Brandee Easterday and I agree at the state level, so the industry itself isn’t a monopoly stronger than the existing ones. At the mercy of our wild government. And so we can live in different states and our united nation can have the best of both worlds that allow us to keep our freedom of choice.
Toward Treatise seems like we do agree on the state level. I don’t want a ton of govt oversite especially with an administration I don’t agree with on too many issues. And capitalism can’t be runaway capitalism. Wall Street and Walmart are 2 great examples of that. But health care…I think you will be pleasantly surprised if we can get to it someday that your choices won’t be gone and it will feel good to know you can’t be denied for a pre-existing condition or because you lost your job.
