    1. @Sak Boun you do realize the CDChas been wrong on everything. The one bit of truth that was posted on their website was taken down once they realized people were calling into question their numbers and info. So I guess if you believe the leftists activist fact checkers, that’s your purgative, but it doesn’t mean your correct or the Rebuplicans are wrong. But look at how you made it a Democrat vs Rebuplican issue! Why should any one care what you think based on just that!

  1. Vaccines and masks mean jobs and growth. Health mitigation strategies are patriotic. Why because Patriots protect their families, communities and fellow Americans.

    1. MAGAs are unable to adapt to a new reality and they’re dragging the whole country down. Let evolution follow its course. Nothing else we can do.

    1. @Occam’s Razor I do not live under a rock . I know they are news channels , i know nothing else about them . Just like , you have probably heard people talking about a dog taking crap . So you probably know what dog crap is . That does not mean that you eat it , you just know what it is . Yeah , you are most likely gullable , and trust most or all of what main stream media tells you . There are news sources other CNN , FOX , ABC , ECT , and the ones you mentioned .

    2. @Leonard Taylor You posted: You mentioned news channels that I know nothing about .

So you do know them. So… Why are you lying? If you know about they you know what they report, otherwise how would you know about them?

You seem to love to trying to change the subject when you see you are wrong.

And about gullibility? There was a study done about that. Seems conservatives are most then “independents” then progressives.

So tell us which are you?

    3. @Occam’s Razor I never asked you or anyone else in this comment section anything about whats in the vaccines . How about you go back and read everything that I printed here . If you find any where that I asked about what is in the vaccines , then tell me , who the person was that I responded to and how long ago it was that it was printed . Each response has a time printed for how long ago since it was printed .

    4. @Occam’s Razor Hey Einstein , go back and read what you printed , you printed newsmax , in refference to what you asked me . Like I said , you probably know what dog crap is , that does not mean that you eat it .

    5. @Leonard Taylor You posted: Common People do not know what is really in the needle when watching a politician or prominent person on a stage being injected with a needle

The implied question is… what’s in the vaccine. No matter how you slice it. If you question the actual vaccine, or if the person is is getting the “real” vaccine. The question is, do you know what’s in the shot you are taking?

So gonna keep playing these silly word games?

And since you have yet to list what’s in the things I asked guess we have the answer of yes if you are trying to scaremonger. Now why are you trying to scaremonger?

    1. @firestream93 liberals aren’t the problem. The deep greed, corruption and hatred shown by the republican party towards anyone who does not follow their beliefs is the problem.

    2. @Yi Feng liberals are a problem, they just want to force people into compliance. Then laugh at them and make fun of them.

    3. MAGAs are unable to adapt to a new reality and they’re dragging the whole country down. Let evolution follow its course. Nothing else we can do.

  2. Since Fox’s lawyers said in Court that no one would believe its hosts, so there’s no defamation. Now Enmity is saying that he gives accurate information. If that’s correct; then there’s true defamation by Fox’s hosts.

    1. FBI press release

The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials. Though federal officials have arrested more than 570 alleged participants, the FBI at this point believes the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or prominent supporters of then-President Donald Trump

    2. between 2019 and 2020 PER CDC THERE WAS A 50,000 person differentiations between a COVID YEAR AND NON COVID YEAR? If 500,000 people died from COVID WOULDNT THE DIFFERENTIAL BE MUCH HIGHER? Sure it would. But 3 people died of the Flu no one died of heart disease or cancer or any other event, why? 90,000 dollars for a COVId dead body.

    3. One fast food place here- another fast food place there
Compete nope same company owns both. Same Chinese invested companies owned by both same

    4. “The statement could not reasonably be understood to imply an assertion of objective fact, and therefore, does not amount to defamation,” the ruling read.

This was the Ruling in favor of Rachel Maddow when she claimed OAN was “literally paid propaganda”. The Ruling is stated such thag even when Rachel Maddow states something as literal, you should know it’s not factual. The lawsuit did it’s job even though it wasn’t won.

    5. @Timmy2Fingerz What NONESENSE!!

I swear, you are the WORST sort of American, cherry picking sound bites or statements to suit your delusional, ignorant agenda, and fueling the toxic partisanship that we see every day.

Why are you conveniently omitting the preceding sentence in that statement? You know and I know it changes the context completely, do we not? I’ll help you out.

Judge Milan D. Smith Jr., writing on behalf of a unanimous 3-0 bench, said:

“The challenged statement WAS AN OBVIOUS EXAGGERATION (emphasis mine) cushioned within an undisputed news story. The statement could not reasonably be understood to imply an assertion of objective fact, and therefore, did not amount to defamation.”

The case was dismissed not because Maddow made statements of fact that could not be believed, but becauae Maddow was speaking tongue in cheek when she made that statement, an “obvious exaggeration” as the same judge you are now citing put it.

It was an opinion and not a statement of fact. Don’t want to get too technical but under California law if someone expresses an opinion, and that opinion is based on reasonable facts or truth, the maker of the statement is entitled to First Amendment protections.

Amnon Siegel, representing OAN, wanted Maddow’s statement to be taken as an assertion of fact, rather than assertion of opinion but lost that battle when the court disagreed.

On the other hand, Maddows attorneyTed Boutrous argued, that just like you are doing right now, OAN was “isolating on those six words, STRIPPED OF CONTEXT (emphasis mine), a myopic approach that the Supreme Court and this court have rejected…”

He also referred to Maddow’s statement as “a quintessential imaginative expression, rhetorical hyperbole, opinion based on truthful disclosed facts.”

The court agreed. With both arguments. You should be ashamed of yourself.

      Have a nice day.

  3. I want to wish all the level headed parents that have to send their kids into the front line, good luck to you all. They all deserve better than what we are giving them 🤙

    1. @Laura Gomez sorry but I can do that no problem. a VAST majority of them at least seem to support trump. A vast majority believed the election was stolen with little to no evidence. So yeah, they mostly come off as dolts to me. The occasional conservative has an okay idea haha

    2. _”The numbers of cases in our hospitals in children and our children’s hospitals are completely overwhelmed._
_Our pediatricians, the nursing, the staff are exhausted, and the children are suffering. And it is absolutely devastating … our children are very much affected._
_We’ve never seen numbers like this before”_
      — Dr Aileen Marty, Florida International University

    3. @Prod Theta then why are you lyao at someone for mentoring trump republicans? Bad enough they attack without belittling someone who agrees with you.

  4. I seem to recall that “booster” shots are given annually for the normal flu vaccine. Why wouln’t it be expected that for this virus a booster would be required? Every year there are mutations with the flu virus, and different strains are expected to be prevalent each year. The coronavirus appears to be mutating quite a bit faster than the normal flu virus mutates and replicates. I have always wonderd abt a booster, especially with the different strains and knowing it won’t stop anytime soon because of the idoits who refuse to get vaccinated and wear masks.

  5. Outright stupidity and right wing mis-information is preventing North America from eliminating Covid.

    1. @V for Wombat Actually, that proves my argument, they’re locked down but barely have any cases. And Google Australia new restrictions, do you want to move there? You wish we couldn’t go 3km from home for any reason or had 6pm cerfews here so you don’t catch a cold? I’d rather catch a cold than live under Nazi fascism, and the fact that they’re doing it despite covid being almost gone tells you it has nothing to do with covid, plus lockdowns starved millions with food shortages and supply chain breakdowns. Guys like you know what you support but you’re in too deep to go back now, it’s easier to fool someone than to get them to admit they’ve been fooled, and you know Fauci is behind it and the info sources you defend facilitated the whole thing.

    2. Countries like India where there are hundreds of millions of people who do not have access to vaccination are incubators for more deadly strains. It is a crying shame that America is one of the worst propagaters of a deadly disease when it has such vast potential to control it.

  6. Each state has their claim to fame: AZ – The Grand Canyon, CA – The largest Redwood trees. AL, TX and FL: The largest collection of red hats and the fullest hospitals.

    1. @Kevin Turner The orange psychopath who ran Trump models for 15 years importing 13 and 14 year old girls is an adult all right, a perve psycopath adult.

    2. @terry harker sad thing is some people believe it just because they hate trump that much that they are blind

    3. Well, I am glad you can tell w/o the fact-checker. But there are millions who watch him eagerly never figuring this out! Or do they actually *like* being lied to?

    4. @Kevin Turner President Biden did poorly in Afghanistan, but for domestic issues, he has done far better than any GOP President, Governor or Senator for the last 40 years.

    1. 19 of the top 20 states with the highest death rates are Red states.
Look it up on Becker’s Hospital Review.

    1. @NPC #1337 Oh, there definitely was a reason why I made that statement… I read and responded to your original post.

  7. Sean Hannity has no problem lying. It fuels his ratings. He doesn’t care about people. He cares about polls. Hats off to Dr. Walensky. How frustrating it must be to deal with such ignorance and those who purposefully mislead for political reasons

    1. He cares about the ratings because he has the shots and the money for 5 star medical care with the money he is making with his controversial “mostly lies” “News”show…

    2. @Bill Foster I am an American living in China and it is ridiculous that the country they try to clamp is backwards is Handel if the outbreaks better than My home country, the USA

    3. @RIK333 Potato ? About what? You can see for yourself covid is global, it is not political. Please watch real information, not CNN, MNBC, just watch your local national crews. CBS, NBC, ABC, and read for yourself. Where in this are dem’s lying?

    4. 🔴 *Cocktail a la Trump* 🔴
      1. Add 2 oz of good quality bleach, 1 oz of Lysol and a can of Diet Coke to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
      2. Sprinkle with powdered hydroxychloroquine and horse dewormer.
      3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
      4. Garnish with a brandied cherry.

  8. One anchor has a medical expert who took an oath to keep people safe, and the other has a politician with a dog in the race if he wants to keep his job….not really hard to choose.

    1. @John L LOL … yes one dog is advocating for truth, medical science, protecting american citizens, democracy, moving the country forward. The other dog is dispensing lies, propaganda, misinformation, and nonsense and all in order to enrich themselves at the expense of citizens and the country.

    2. @Corey Ham misinformation… such as “this vaccine is 99% effective against all variants” 》now pushing boosters already, and “once the country gets to a certain percentage we will be mask free” 》my city is democrat and 70% vacc’ed yet now have to wear masks amd socially distance again… or how about “white republicans are the only ones not getting vaccinated!” 》 black americans (who vote democrat btw) are overwhelmingly the least vaccinated. You’re the ignorant one here who is being blind to the deep state connections to big pharma, etc. Keep living in the fear while you point your fingers from the window lmao.

    3. @John L yes because the 30% of y’all not getting vaccinated are hosting the virus and allowing it to mutate so it can escape immunity. You’re not making the points you think you’re making.

    4. @SempressFi you’re moronic and know next to nothing; vaccinated people are still able to get the delta variant, asymptomatic or not. Therefore, we all are able to be carriers and spreaders. Stay indoors forever, read a book while you’re there!

  9. The way I see it those who don’t want to get the vaccine shots , then when you get covid don’t bother going to the Hospital for treatment, and put others in danger, because of your own stupidity.

  10. The long and short of it is; If you don’t want to get the vaccine, stay out of hospitals. You made you bed, now lie in it.

  11. So nice to hear an actual doctor/scientist speak, as opposed to a TV personality with an axe to grind who’s turned the pandemic into a political issue.
