  1. America is a mess and your sickness surpasses the who,e world !!! And thanks to trump and GOP period .

    1. @Disturbed Tiger I wear a mask around my neck 100 of time in public, when ever I am in contact it is on my face and over my nose, except when I go to bed, and sometimes even then when I forget. I finally get my vaccine next week. Yahoo! Maybe by fall out at least Christmas we can put these things in a box or drawer .😊👌 we’ll see.?!

    2. @Kelly Goines The point is that we as Americans have to have a serious discussion about racism of all types. After we start talking about this problem, we have to take comprehensive steps to making sure that there are severe consequences for these actions.

    3. @Mike Peterson my apology for saying what I did I think my anger is not torward you personally rather the whole situation were all in. It’s tak8ng a toll on my emotions and mental state. Again I apologize for my remarks toward u.

    4. @Disturbed Tiger no worries. I take a lot of hits. I can usually tell though where people stand on important issues… sometimes I get that wrong also. Give us another 6 months we should be able to put these masks into the bottom drawer. Talk to people in stores, see our friends, family and hopefully defeat this disease forever . 😊✌️

    1. We need to stop p**** footing around Trump is at ball call him out he started this the man in Georgia told him you keep talking like this somebody’s going to get killed and it’s happening now call call a spade a spade and that’s what he is he sits back and everybody does his dirty work how long y’all going to keep putting up with this this is not who we are my heart goes out to the families 💗

    2. I filed a complaint (you can, too) against Capt. Baker, Director of Communications at Cherokee Sheriff’s Office due to his insensitive comments at the press conference on the Atlanta shootings and his inability to carry out his leadership duties in law enforcement due to his racism as evidenced by his social media post of Anti-Asian message.

    3. @Dolores Abdelwahed Absolutely. It’s not like we didn’t have these issues before he came along but the degree to which he stoked hatred of every variety, as well as contempt, disrespect and divisiveness in this country, as we’ll as toward the world at large is extraordinary. Incredible malevolence.Even Congress has not escaped it. Wake up America …Hear each other’s stories….We must pull together to have a future!

  2. He did what so many men do when they feel they’re at the end of their rope. He attacked the women he had been taught to view as *racial inferiors, moral temptations, and expendable humans.*

    1. @Jack Ophelott “Im not defending him.” You got that right. You are not his attorney. “But I am accusing you people of jumping to conclusions.” We’re not on the jury. Don’t worry, he’ll get a fair trial, just like Dylan Roof and Charlie Manson did. Don’t be surprised, though, if the jury — after long and careful deliberation — “jumps” to the conclusion that he’s guilty. “Good luck with that.” Your serial killer buddy is the one who’d better pray for some “good luck.”

    2. @Jack Ophelott “Do I have to be a Trump supporter to question you about evidence?” Well, now that you’ve got me on the witness stand, counselor, you can ask the judge to rule that I’m a hostile witness and compel me to answer. Oh, that’s right, you’re not an attorney and I’m not a subpoenaed witness and this isn’t a court of law, it’s the You Tube peanut gallery of amateur “experts” showing off their imaginary skills. Btw, I never called you a Trump supporter. I called you a “magat” and you pretended to not know what that was. So you DID know what it meant, didn’t you?

    3. @Immortal Asirpa Yes…and patriarchal religious rationalization. Again, beautifully put. You are a breath of fresh air I must say. Especially these days!😊

    4. @A. Munoz Hey thanks for taking the time to make that positive comment. What a nice thing to do! It means a lot to me when someone says I’ve communicated well. And even more when, lo and behold, someone agrees with me. Although I will confess I also really liked the answer that *jones* gave. Far less wordy than mine. Cheers my friend!

  3. I knew when that cop spoke that He was answering the questions for the shoter as if he was his attorney!

  4. If the killer knew that he had an addiction, then he should have gotten help beforehand. This is pure evil performed.

    1. Assailant has mental issues. Many sufferers are in denial that they have problem and blame it to someone else that’s why most do not seek professional help.

    2. @Kelly Goines sadly there is not enough $$$ spent on mental health. He should not have been able to purchase a gun! That he got one on the day he killed 8 people is not the new part of this story. America is quite ill!

    3. @Kathy Piazza Finding out that detail was just the last bit of ugly icing on the cake – he had no problem just buying a gun and then going out and murdering EIGHT innocent people, while the GA GOP is working overtime to make it incredibly difficult for people to VOTE.

    1. Nah, he had something seriously wrong inside his noggin, I think that’s obvious. People who have a bad day don’t go out and commit atrocities.

    1. @Mark Hill On racial problem, how US is better than China and Russia. US was founded by genocide of native Indian, almost the worst on whole planet. Last whole year of BLM, this year turns into ALM, which countries are even comparable to this.

    2. @Yu Zhou There is only one race of people on the planet, the Human Race.
We should learn to get along better with each other… If we don’t the environment for all of us on the planet will be bleak.

    3. @Mark Hill I agree with that. But apparently many minorities are treatedly badly due to their skin color.

  5. Robert Aaron Long having a bad day is no excuse for him murdering 8 people. Plain and simple.

    1. @Big Picture Thinking
I guess you just woke up! The police chief news briefing is a perfect example of that.

  6. Yes sheriff and their deputies should know the law. But it seems they don’t care or are sympathetic to right wing republican terror.

    1. Yep, had to refrain from saying, “He’s just a good ole boy having a bad day. Cut him some slack…”

    2. @Peter Wuwei I mean even the tone of his voice. That’s the tone you use when you’re trying to persuade somebody. He was like “Hey look, we’ve all been there. We’ve all had bad days.”

  7. He hates women and fetishizes asian women. He hated them for being not asian or women but for being asian women. Its sic and i pray for the ladies everywhere. Im sorry this has happened to this community. As a woman of indigenous and african roots i can say i can really relate.

  8. So right, Ann. I hope Trump will be barred from running for any political position ever! And, the same for his family…any of them. I hope there are subpoenas waiting for all of them.
