  1. Lets build a wall around Texas…like Escape from New York hahahahahah Hey there is Trumps Wall…..

    1. @Tommy r Westbrook really!
How low are the followers going, 500000 dead and still not aware.

    1. Build the wall, as we see that they have their own power grid ready to go, and that they like to remind the rest of the nation that they don’t need us. If they leave the union now, we can impose travel restrictions against the independent nation of Texas, right?😯

  2. Nature has her own way of getting rid of the stupid.
The rest of us will wear masks to protect ourselves and others.
Let the stupids do stupid things and RIP.

    1. Yeah, but for Abbott, it’s a numbers game. Yes, he’s killing his own supporters, but he’s killing even more Democrats…and he’s just fine with that.

    2. @Bob Enweave I think the Democrats will still wear masks, etc. I bet that more GOP will die because of new variants and they don’t wear masks.

    1. CDC released the numbers and it’s similar to the flu. Also the flu has dropped in numbers substantially

    1. It’s up to the Texas state legislature to impeach Greg Abbott. In both the Texas State Senate and the Texas State House, Republicans hold a substantial majority. Two points: He should be impeached and he’ll never be impeached.

  3. President Biden has done a lot for Americans and he hasn’t been President for long. I am very happy with what he does for America. 🇺🇸

    1. @TheInvisibleSwordsman 1 You are ok with thousands of people losing their jobs on day 1. You are ok with higher gas, electric, and oil prices. The lousy 1400 that people may or may not get will barely pay for these hikes in prices. You are ok with letting in covid positive people into the country. When asked if things will be ok at the border his answer was God willing. That gives me no hope at all.

    2. @bill wilson I believe at least one other person in this thread already answered to your misinformative ravings so I’m not going to bother to.
      ✌️

    3. @bill wilson hehehe…why do you care if people have covid? Your former cult leader said it was a hoax. You do not think that the people entering the US are tested for covid?
Where did you get this info? OAN?

    4. @bill wilson do you get a thrill being a troll? You could get hugs and kisses over at Fox. They will listen to you there. Yet here you are spouting falsehoods in a place where most people think your pretty stupid. There is a cure for stupid bill but it has to come from within. Good luck with that.

  4. I remember when Trump told us all that the virus would be gone by Easter, last year. I can’t believe anyone continues to put their faith in that man.

    1. You forget that trump has told these people that he knows everything about everything and they are dumb enough to believe such idiocy.

    2. “If you can’t take care of your sick in the country, forget it, it’s all over. I mean, it’s no good. So I’m very liberal when it comes to health care. I believe in universal health care. I believe in whatever it takes to make people well and better.”
― The Donald @ Larry King Live, October 1999

“A friend of mine was in Scotland recently. He got very, very sick. They took him by ambulance and he was there for four days. He was really in trouble, and they released him and he said, ‘Where do I pay?’ And they said, ‘There’s no charge.’ Not only that, he said it was like great doctors, great care. I mean we could have a great system in this country.”
― The Donald @ The David Letterman Show, January 2015

“We’re going to have insurance for everybody. We’re going to have a healthcare that is far less expensive and far better.”

[speaking of the 2008 Democratic Party presidential primaries]
― The Donald @ “Trumped!”, a syndicated radio feature, 2008

“Hillary Clinton I think is a terrific woman. I am biased because I have known her for years. I live in New York. She lives in New York. I really like her and her husband both a lot. I think she really works hard. And I think, again, she’s given an agenda, it is not all of her, but I think she really works hard and I think she does a good job [since joining the Obama administration as Secretary of State]. I like her.”
― The Donald @ interview with Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren, March 2012

“I know [Hillary Clinton] very well, and I know her husband very well, and I like them both. They are just really terrific people. I like them both very much. But I think you’ll be looking at the record of Hillary Clinton. And how did she do as secretary of state? Probably above and beyond everybody else and everything else.”
[speaking after the 2012 Benghazi attack]
― The Donald @ interview with NBC News, August 2013

“I really believe the Republicans are just too crazy right. I mean, what’s going on [in that party] is just nuts.”
― The Donald @ interview with NBC News’ “Meet the Press”, October 1999

“In many cases, I probably identify more as Democrat. I’ve been around a long time. And it just seems that the economy does better under the Democrats than the Republicans. Now, it shouldn’t be that way. But if you go back, I mean it just seems that the economy does better under the Democrats. …we’ve had some pretty bad disaster[s] under the Republicans.”
― The Donald @ interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, March 2004

[Flip-flopping on the electoral college: from “disaster” to “genius”]

“This election is a total sham and a travesty. We are not a democracy!” (Nov. 7)
“The electoral college is a disaster for a democracy.” (Nov. 7)
      ― The Donald @ Twitter, November 2012

[Trump in 2016, after winning the electoral college with narrow wins in three states, while losing the popular vote by nearly 3 million votes]
“The Electoral College is actually genius in that it brings all states, including the smaller ones, into play. Campaigning is much different!” (Nov. 15)
“If the election were based on total popular vote I would have campaigned in N.Y. Florida and California and won even bigger and more easily” (Nov. 15)
      ― The Donald @ Twitter, November 2016

“Mitt is tough. He is smart. He is sharp. He is not going to allow bad things to continue to happen to this country that we all love. So Gov. Romney, go out and get em. You can do it.”
― The Donald @ “Trump endorses Mitt Romney for president”, CBS News, February 2012

“[Mitt Romney] is a choke artist… He doesn’t have what it takes to be president, that I can tell you.”

― The Donald @ campaign rally in Portland, Maine, March 2016

[Speaking of his admiration for strong authoritarian government]
“Q: What were your other impressions of the Soviet Union?
A: I was very unimpressed. Their system is a disaster. What you will see there soon is a revolution; the signs are all there with the demonstrations and picketing. Russia is out of control and the leadership knows it. That’s my problem with Gorbachev. Not a firm enough hand.
Q: You mean firm hand as in China?
A: When the students poured into Tiananmen Square [in 1989], the Chinese government almost blew it. Then they were vicious, they were horrible, but they put it down with strength. That shows you the power of strength. Our country is right now perceived as weak… as being spit on by the rest of the world.”

  5. Spring Break is going to be a total hoot this year. All those college kids coming out of the woodwork to be on those Texas beaches, drinking and partying en masse. What ain’t gonna stay in Texas is basically going to screw many other places in the U.S. Way to go GOP.

  6. And it was a politician not a medical professional who opened Texas up . And yes this will adversely affect the entire nation Not just Texas .

  7. We the Mexican and black people will be voting or or Rourke we the people Texas will make this state blue 💪

  8. Texas Gov says that people are going into Texas with Covid 19, and in the same breath says people do not have to wear masks. Texas is rebelling against itself and putting its people in danger.

  9. Anybody’s family member dies in Teaxas after Abbott’s statement, should sue Abbott’s personally.
