Very nice speech but I got the impression that when he talks of Ukraine he does not include the Russian speaking part of the country. There has been fighting between Donbas, Luhansk, and the rest of Ukraine for 8 years so I’m not sure how that qualifies as a peaceful country. .
They’re not Ukrainian to many, including themselves. He banned all books in Russian. He wanted to force them out before an independence movement took donbas or Crimea.
I like how President Zelensky donned his dress “sweats” for this address. Does this guy own a suit…at all?
