  1. We need police reform. Plain and simple. We need to be able to sue these SOBs. Get rid of qualified immunity.

    1. We need world reform.

      It’s a heart matter.

Repent and follow the blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ everyone. The blessed Lord shall soon return.

    2. YOU LIBTURD, BLM/ANTIFA AGENTS MAKE ME LOL IF THE POLICE ARE LOCKING UP NONWHITES (FYI: THEY ARE ALL CRIMINALS, IT’S IN THEIR GENES) THEN THE POLICE SHOULD BE LEFT ALONE – THAT’S PART OF THEIR JOB!

    3. @FENTENAYL FLOYD Your name tells me your whole identity is wrapped up in trying to convince people of something that isnt true because its convenient for your political and world view

  2. A few bad apples…SPOILS THE BUNCH!

Defenders always leave out that last part. The bunch has been spoiled.

    1. Agreed, it’s like Chris rock says certain jobs can’t have “bad apples.” Pilots, doctors and police. They have peoples lives in their hands, they need to do better.

  3. I had a cop pull his gun on me because I had a roach in my car. This “cop” put his Glock right in my face which is NOT standard procedure. We are all in danger from some of these officers.

  4. Beyond infuriating, those hired to protect civilians must be purged if insecure bully a national register must be kept.

    1. Wonder if they are going to cover how infuriating it was to see these cruel foolish mobsters loot and raid shops with complete impunity.

    2. @Harshit Jain that’s an understandable consequential reaction that happens each time police execute a black person

  5. You can see the younger cop reacting in the cars reflection, he is jittery because he knows it’s wrong. Police officers are the largest, most protected gang in the USA and it’s time to change the model.

    1. @Cee Bee I will never stop in the dark for those devil’s I will fight it in court. Matter of fact that should be law. They lie also to amp up their charges also!

    2. @Cee Bee And its exactly cops like him that escalates the ‘current climate’. Not the unarmed & law-abiders.

    3. They are protected by the politicians that the people elected. Until congress, attorney General, senate, governor and sheriff’s change the laws. Get RID of police unions.

    4. The young cop should have called for 911 ambulance back-up as his senior was out of control! But the scary part is arrival of more cops who can’t control themselves may have arrived.

  6. Some people are more suited to the Gestapo than the police they need to be weeded out, accountability and training for others.

    1. What is so infuriating about it? The man evaded arrest and the officer’s reaction clearly shows that he was stunned by what had happened. It was an accident and not an act of racism. Shame on you guys for shoveling all this manure.

    2. Wonder if they are going to cover how infuriating it was to see these cruel foolish mobsters loot and raid shops with complete impunity.

    3. @Harshit Jain You and people like you are the problem. No matter how egregious the behavior you are right there justifying it. You think it won’t happen to you and you are fooling yourself.

  7. This man knew that when the police ask you to reach into the car it’s justified for the cop to fear for his life and use deadly force and get away with murder.

  8. Imagine if he would have stopped on a dark Road he would have been shot and they would have planted a gun

    1. They don’t bother to plant a gun anymore. They simply say that they thought he was reaching for a weapon. Doesn’t matter if video can show and prove they asked him to take off his seat belt/give his license/put the car in park. They know the odds are high that they’ll get away with it.

    2. @DaBoogieMonstah – I have no problem that he was legally carrying, everyone should especially those in law enforcement or the military, some people in the comments were saying things like he did not have a gun or “imagine if he had had a gun in the car. Just clearing that point up.

    3. @Harshit Jain How tf does anyone, officer or not, confuse their taser with a hand gun?! Are you really that gullible?

At the VERY least he should be banned from being able to serve in LE or have anything more harmful than a rubber band.

  9. I’m white and was raised to fear policemen. A 64 year old woman. Told by her dad as a child to never trust a policeman. If I were lost, afraid or in danger , go to the nearest house. I would have driven to a well lighted area too. I’m glad he did, it most likely saved his life. There was also no reason to pepper spray the poor guy…things like this need to stop.

    1. @Harshit Jain he didn’t evade arrest. He drove slowly to a lighted area. I’m an older white woman and a vet & I would do the same. They knew he had temp plates by the time they reached his car and lied by calling in a felony stop. Then they assaulted him. Calling them idiots is too kind.

    2. @g w I really wish you would stop referring to police killings as ridiculous. The word ridiculous doesn’t belong in any sentence with the word killing. Especially police killing. You might want to get yourself a thesaurus to find more appropriate words to describe police killings. When people are killed by the police I don’t think ridiculous is the first word that pops into the mind of the mother, the father, sister, brother daughter son, boyfriend, girlfriend.

  10. They never tell him why they pulled him over. Police: “Driver, you have no plates – can you tell me why?”, Driver: “I just bought it – I thought they put a temp in the window.”, Police: ” Your registration is good – have a good day.” Instead they escalate, escalate, escalate.

    1. ᛞᛖᚾᚾᛁᛋ ᛏᚱᛟᚹᚨᛏᛟ አንሳሬ ሰብ አንሰሙንአንሳሬ ሰብ አንሰሙን says:

      M͟e͟a͟n͟w͟h͟i͟l͟e͟ i͟n͟ L͟o͟s͟ A͟n͟g͟e͟l͟e͟s͟, a͟ l͟o͟c͟a͟l͟ b͟a͟r͟b͟e͟r͟ i͟n͟ m͟y͟ a͟r͟e͟a͟ j͟u͟s͟t͟ g͟o͟t͟ a͟r͟r͟e͟s͟t͟e͟d͟ f͟o͟r͟ s͟e͟l͟l͟i͟n͟g͟ d͟r͟u͟g͟s͟.

    2. @David Petrosky totally, plain as day. But the cops never tell him they pulled him over for no plates – it all coulda been over with one question. Instead, they escalated

    1. The dance of the lemons. We did get some legislation to be sure bad cops’ records accompany them to new job applications. Don’t know if it passed.

    2. Those officers need to charged. With a criminal record they should no longer qualify for a job as a police officer or ownership of a firearm. After they get out of jail that is.

    3. @T. K. Exactly .. a felony assault charge for those officers who engage in this egregious behavior. Merely firing them is NOT ENOUGH !

    1. @W V Police impersonation is extremely rare. It’s no reason to evade police. Police cars are well equipped to light any area.
By your logic no one should ever pull over. Gee I don’t feel safe…I guess I never have to pull over. I guess that never represents a severe threat to the community when people don’t pull over.
You may need to sit down for this.
Guess what?… most people delay pulling over to hide weapons or contraband.
Let’s be clear the only reason this made news was because he’s black. No white person would get away with half the b.s. this guy tried to pull and no one would ever care. Stop coddling this dangerous man simply because of his race. Read my comment on Freemen. People in fatigues with no plates and delay pulling over…..are definitely dangerous af.

    2. @Aaron Friedman because its too easy to become a cop. Because they don’t have enough psychological screening in the hiring process. Because they don’t do reevaluations every 6 months on police officers. Again, if you can’t see anything wrong with what you saw here, please don’t go into law enforcement. You’ll just end up fired on the spot like these Neanderthals or indicted for murder

    3. @Joseph Dunleavy Ok great we have common ground I agree with your assessment of police.
How does any of that apply here?
Please enlighten me then. You seem smart so change my opinion through reason.
Tell me what specifically do you think these specific cops did wrong? In what way did they not do what any cop would? It is not reasonable to not pull over. Cop cars are well lit.

    1. It takes a whole trial to prove that a police officer did something wrong even though is clear as water on video.

Evil is just trying to protect evil.

    2. @lee A. ) I did watch the full video and B.) My comment is irrelevant to whether I did or not.. simply my opinion on the subject at hand. I am entitled, as are you .. to my opinion. Have a good day.

  11. *Here’s a novel idea – how about the cops have actual EVIDENCE of a crime before they make an arrest?*
*Driving while black is not evidence of a crime.*

    1. They accused of of not having a license plate…despite the temporary tag being CLEARLY visible in the back window.

They are accusing him of something *while staring at the proof of his innocence* !!!!

  12. There is a video from last year of a Rio Ranco, NM cop being cuffed for beating his girl. Then the other cops took scissors and cut off his uniform. Maybe we need more public shaming?

    1. They made certain to film it and release it publicly. Propaganda. Change the culture. Empty gestures, be damned.

    2. @lynx70123 Culture is changed by emotional actions more than violence. Make it uncool to be a jerk.

  13. When police officers are jumping on undercover police officers and beating them up it proves they only saw a man of color. The entire law enforcement community gets another black eye every time they allow a rogue officer get away with this type of behavior.

  14. Considering he had multiple guns pointed at him, he conducted himself so well. He did everything and was right not to get out of the car or reach for his belt. He could have easily been killed. Hope he gets paid handsomely for this.

    1. Wellcome to the everyday life of being black man.. 😑 we use to it by now nothing new here.. I just one last day here..Fighting in the wrong war brother 🤨 this is a wake up call for all the minority ppl serving in the USA 🇺🇸 dying for country that doesn’t respect your rights as a human being..😏 your enemy is your own neighbour..😅😅

    2. @mario Dias exactly. The police should pay, not the taxpayers. Fire them and take their pensions and retirement.
