    1. @Kevin Mcneil Do you want a dictator, Watch the impeachment see for yourself.Watch these witness who stand up for this country. D on’t listen to the Republican or the Dems.

  1. “Inappropriate, not impeachable”???
    1. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
    2. It’s not a matter of receiving anything when it comes to the whole “quid pro quo” thing. It’s the fact that he ASKED with the INTENT of withholding aid in exchange for political dirt that makes it bad. Key word: Intent. trump is surrounded by lawyers and advisors who are supposed to know what is and isn’t proper (see Ignorance of the law, above) so while the concept of intent may zoom over trump’s head, there’s no way it gets past everyone else. Maybe it’s not “bribery” per se, but “attempted bribery” (extortion, blackmail, etc.) works just as well.

    1. Shirley Rombough Seriously Shirley (great name for a tv show) get over yourself. Alternative thoughts are not necessarily Russian bots (I have nfi what a Russian Bot actually means). Maybe I’m your neighbor….

  2. Trump has exposed the GOP. They literally do not stand for a goddamned thing they said they did. Now, toss Haley in the pile of swamp FRAUDS who only care about themselves and their own selfish ambitions.

    1. …and – if truth wins out and he and his ‘party’ are ousted – the heretical religious cult which has been enabling this criminal administration needs to be investigated and (IMHO) should be banned for their interference in the political operations of the state!!

    2. @JoAnn Holmes Illiterate? He has a law degree, Doctor of Jurisprudence degree to be exact. If that is illiterate, then most of America is too. He might not be to everybody’s liking, though. I’m not American but from what I’ve seen he is a bit like Clinton was in the last round, lacking the X-factor. Becoming president because he isn’t Trump is not a good platform. What caught on with Trump was his message – make America great again. Biden with his “Our Best Days Still Lie Ahead” doesn’t convey a message of strength. I mean, of all the candidates for 2020 the one with the best slogan is the republican Walsh with his “We’re tired of the lies. We’re tired of the drama. We can’t take four more years.”. That’s bold and strong. Not that he is in the democratic primary, but just mentioning it as a sidenote.

    3. @Geir Eivind Mork Indeed. Hunter needs a good shave, the scruffy beard does not make him look “more down-to-earth” if that is what he was going for. I have some old Nixon campaign memorabilia. One is a Emory board nail file that has “NIXON NOW” in red, white and blue. That was short for “Nixon Now, More Than Ever!” whatever the heck that meant. LOL I was 19 when he was run out of office. I have been waiting all these years for the OLD WHITE GUYS to retire or just die off (kidding) but really now. Those old white men shuffling in to the Impeachment SKIF when many were already allowed in, ordering pizza and drinks with Matt Gaetz at the helm? That fellow has a creep factor that is off the charts, I am convinced he has some really strange fetishes hidden away in his closets. We didn’t have live TV in my town for the Nixon Impeachment and I was working back then. I am enjoying this set of Public Hearings. Always been a student of law and politics much to the chagrin of my kids growing up. Life is still interesting.

    1. Liberalovsky Fredo Moscowitch , no,
Russians are just using them as useful idiots.
Republicans blindly chase the money, they have no honor and have a tendency to backstab their friends.

    2. Trump derangement syndrome is real. Just look at these comments 😎😎😂😂🍿🍿🍿🍿😎🍿😂

      This beats paying for Netflix

Trump 2020. The snowflakes flood the world with their tears of sadness.

    1. @Kimberly Johnson NO HE’S NOT!!! VOTE BLUE FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDRENS FUTURES AND ALL THE EARTH!!!

    2. @Tamerra Lemay I work the voting polls every year I am even taking my 32 year old daughter with Downs Syndrome to vote as usual

  3. The GOP have betrayed all the principles they’ve crowed about for decades. All to protect the smallest of men.
The soul market in Hades has plummeted to all time lows.

    1. So sad these republicans but they certainly don’t deserve mercy. The republicans that continue following Moscow Mitch must be as guilty sa he and his wife.

  4. The question about the aid being released is irrelevant – it was released after the whistleblower allegations came out. We have Tricky Dicky , now we have Dopey Donny

    1. No it’s not irrelevant, the money was released because the dead line to release the money was fast approaching. If they had pass that dead line without releasing the money, there would of been more questions of why not.

    1. Spot on Trump said he would drain the swamps but forgot to tell everyone he was DRAINING THEM INTO OUR WHITEHOUSE, OUR OVAL OFFICE, OUR CAPITAL CITY WASHINGTON DC!!!

    1. The Ukranians were under duress. They needed protection, and Trump basically said he’d provide that protection for a price—after Congress had allocated the aid without that price. Letting Ukranians be killed by Russians unless the president did Trump a political favor is extortion.

    2. Why is it bribery and not extortion? I thought bribe was an offer to one person and extortion was more like a threat. Withholding the aid seems like a serious threat. Am I overthinking this? Are they the same thing?

    1. marilyn newbold trump should be imprisoned, even if he resigns. He is a traitor. SDNY will put him in jail.

    2. @A Queen Stands Alone I think it is safe to say that most non-Americans understand that Trump´s support comes from one sector of the American population and most Americans are as disgusted by his actions as we foreigners are. Just elect someone decent in 2020 and let the healing begin. Be strong, be persistent, persuade the good people on the other side, the indifferent and the undecided. Only you can do it.

  5. The Founding Fathers were psychic……..They actually honed in on Bribery…they knew the job would be that powerful!!! I’ve never had MORE Respect for the Fathers than Right NOW!!!

    1. @Chloe Key This. Bribery is as old as power structures and bartering – even long before there was any form of bartering intermediary; currency – there was bribery.

The founding fathers, collectively between them, were very observant and well versed in history. The history of the crossroads between state, rule and government – and the strengths and shortcomings of humans. While many standards for society, community, law and ethics have changed drastically since then, some in manners they did not percieve or expect – they realized and encapsulated many of the strengths and weaknesses of humans and fundamental societal structures, that weren’t likely to “ever” change.

    2. @pr0xZen The founding fathers had just recently revolted against Colonial Britain – which was “An Old Boy’s Club” if there ever was one!

    3. They also were very adamant about not letting Foreign money or RELIGIOUS BIGOTS and TYRANTS, DESTROY our Republic. Republicans have become MORALLY BANKRUPT, Theocratic Terrorist FASCISTS.

    4. Carrie I agree, I wondered at their prescience. I guess the potholes are about the same even a couple of hundred years on.

  6. The Kavanaugh hearing showed vomitly clearly that GOP not even accept violence and bribery – they are proud of showing they have the power to have criminals in power

    1. @johnina Ryan – And…
*Only* ‘Russian press’ *were allowed* to film #45 and Putin in July…as Putin joked about “…getting rid…” of reporters.
And #45 *laughed right along* with the former *KGB agent who rules over* Russia.
*No* other American President *would’ve allowed* such insults to *our country* AND *constitutionally-protected ‘free press’* .
But #45 loves his -banker- -mentor- ‘like-minded leader’.
      *So* embarrassing for America… 😒

  7. Nikki Haley is sickening in the Way she rolls her eyes pretending not to understand – while the Fox ‘reporter’ serves softballs to her lies

    1. @NO La Automation has taken jobs plus the Mexicans in American board rooms sending your job to Mexico. Then those same Mexicans steal gains or profits by giving themselves a tax break, after years of growth when they got bailed out. Yep…. Mexicans did it

    2. @NO La Obammy? Killary? What or who are you talking about? Does it apply to Trump trying to blackmail a desperate leader of a country at war with Russia? Hopefully you can comprehend that’s what this is about.

    3. V Blackwell

Hey genius. Hopefully you can comprehend I was replying to another comment, not speaking in a vacuum, you Socially engineered, cultist of Killary.
      MAGA 2020

    1. @Chloe Key It was a message to Trump , that she was willing to lie and quite possibly willing to break the law for him as well . She definitely wants Pence’s job .

    2. Nicki Haley either has just woke up from sleeping, or has just come out of a comma. She’s been bought and paid for.
