Oh, and are you aware that hypertension is one of the risk factors for dying of the virus, and that African-Americans have a higher incidence of hypertension? That’s just one of their slight genetic differences.

@Matt The current US death rate from Covid-19 is much more than 0.1%, as of today’s numbers it’s 2.23%. The world wide recovery rate for Covid-19 is 99.75% that’s a bit lower than your 99.9%, and considering just how many have contracted it world wide the difference amounts to a LOT of people’s family members world wide, and even more so here in the US.
BTW, just where did you get your 99.9% figure? I personally wouldn’t trust that source to tell me the way to the men’s room in their own building.

@Matt Your numbers are wrong. And the amount of people affected increases those margins significantly. 1% of 1 million is 10,000, when the daily death toll gets that high, then will you start paying attention? It’s heading towards 3000 deaths a day. Percentages can be a lot more than they seem.
