    1. It was tested.
There was plenty of problems days ago. It failed, but the phone line (traditional method) backup failed also.

    2. @pmboston No it has simple issues before the day. Bogeyman Hackers are a convenient bogeymsn excuse, for their own blatant failures.
What was very surprising was the backup traditional telephone was not working. They hung up immediately and they did not have proper procedures in place. That perked up my suspicion that they might be committing voter fraud.

    1. Approval voting is the obvious solution here. It’s simplicity is its strength. It only requires counting the votes(1). AND, it has NO spoiler effect like plurality voting, which is what they are using at the very end. So, on a hard ballot, just have the 8 democrat names, and instead of “pick one”, pick all those you approve of. And it’s done. https://youtu.be/db6Syys2fmE
      (1) Rank Choice voting is great. But, requires the additional step of processing.

    1. There is a paper trail this time so everyone should tone down the it’s not fair argument leave it to trump to whine about that

    2. @Dalea Nolan So why the use of an App made 3 days or so ago?
The numbers won’t be trusted and shouldn’t. Iowa only speaks for whites; 95%.
Iowa doesn’t speak for the rest of the ethnicities. So of course Bernie will win, and Joe didn’t go full bore with Iowa. He heard where many were already leaning.
Time to move on to New Hamp.

    3. The Iowa caucus “Shadow, Inc” app is just Democrats “learning to code”, because President Trump wins 2020.

  1. Voting shouldn’t be this problematic and convoluted. Never understood why they can make it convenient for you to pay your taxes but voting is quite the opposite…just kidding, I know EXACTLY why that is.

  2. Never on MSNBC:
Welcome to our broadcast. All numbers point to a Sanders victory in Iowa, but it seems like the DNC doesn’t want that information to get out. Lets talk about it…

    1. Diane Bromm here’s the Diane conundrum, what would you say if you hit the lottery for a $$$ couple $$$ hundred $$$ million? Give it to a bunch of people you don’t know who don’t want to work? How about if instead of winning the lottery you had an idea that made you that money💰? Are you giving it to a bunch of unmotivated couch potatoes? There are a lot of people who are disabled that need that money who would absolutely trade places with an able bodied lazy person so they could contribute rather that be chronic dependents. If you had teenage kids are they doing chores or just getting an allowance for sh!tt!ng their pants? The micro works in the macro

    2. @15k DOW 2022
So, conversely, should the working class fund every entitlement progran through taxes, while the 1% pay no taxes at all, and find every loophole to maybe even get corporate welfare on top of that, while the working class suffers and the por suffer even greater? Why should the 1% own all the wealth and not pay taxes?

    3. Hahaha, when’s the coronation America?? King Donald the First, has a nice ring to it! Then when he dies you’ll get Queen Ivanka!!!.
People as repugnant as the Trumps only succeed when a country is well embarked on its collapse.

The American empire is finished and in another 20 years the USA will be no more as states begin to secede from the union.

Just as America carries out extra judicial killings of foreigners it doesn’t like, so we’ll soon see domestic political opponents being “taken out” for real. The Dershowitz argument, carried to logical if absurd extremes, makes it legal for Trump to detain, torture, or murder activists, journalists, candidates or really anyone who he sees as a barrier to his re-election. It’s an argument for dictatorship.

      The USA is done.

    4. Diane Bromm The top 1 percent pay a greater share of individual income taxes (37.3 percent) than the bottom 90 percent combined (30.5 percent).
The top 1 percent of taxpayers paid a 26.9 percent individual income tax rate, which is more than seven times higher than taxpayers in the bottom 50 percent (3.7 percent). Also, the top 1 percent of taxpayers account for more income taxes paid than the bottom 90 percent combined. The top 1 percent of taxpayers pay roughly $538 billion, or 37.3 percent of all income taxes, while the bottom 90 percent pay about $440 billion, or 30.5 percent of all income taxes. Sooo, where are you getting your information from out of curiosity? Are you making that sh!t up or just pulling it out of your butt?

  3. DNC didnt even take calls because they were not happy with the vote… lol they will do anything to stop Bernie.

  4. It’s time to reform the entire system!! End the caucus, move New Hampshire. These are the two whitest states in America. Why do they kick off the process??
    This is a hot mess.

  5. That girl Brianne is the one who asked Bernie & Warren that RIDICULOUS debate question that showed how biased they are against Bernie. She is either a partisan hack or at the very least incompetent at her job.

    1. Ohh. Bernie is a big boy. I don’t think he needs you to be his babysitter.
Everything is against poor, old, stupid, out-of-touch Bernie.
      Quit your whining.

  6. Ahhhh yes, Zerlina Maxwell, an ardent anti-Bernie pro-Hiillary talking head. She still blames Bernie for 2016. Spot on MSNBC.

  7. What’s next for the Iowa caucus?
How about not being first and joining the 21st century by voting…for starters.

  8. Iowa should lose its ability to Caucus and have a Primary where people can Vote. Caucus is not Democratic most people who work cannot even go. To just go Vote on a ballot is hard enough for many people. Iowa needs to go last.

    1. It is not the Iowa people fault. It was the Democrats party fault. The Republicans caucus ran smoothly.
The Iowa caucus “Shadow, Inc” app is just Democrats “learning to code”, because President Trump wins 2020.

    2. it does not represent what is needed in this state. it has a 90% white majority,
it is a total Trump state and do not see it changing .
a very disconnect and a shame most only get Fox News stations.
and that is deliberate done by the Republican politicans in that state.
      no wonder the screw up
