  1. Republicans were more than ready to impeach Clinton over lying about a bj, something that did not involve 400 million in taxpayer money,  something that was not a threat to our national security, and did not involve another foreign country. But they see nothing wrong with Trump taking money that did not belong to him, taxpayer money, that was appropriated by Congress, our legislative branch of government, and using it to bribe another country into interfering in our elections for his own personal benefit. Let that sink in for a moment.  If that isn’t wrong, then nothing is wrong.

If republicans see nothing wrong with Trump using his Presidency to make millions of dollars while he’s office, then that means that NOTHING is wrong. Republicans are essentially saying that there is no Constitution, and there is no rule of law. This is not how you drain a swamp, that’s how you create one.

    1. Bill Hayes the media entities /people that tell you 42% support him have been counting on mAking a ton of money during this election cycle. If trump was at 35%, far more likely, it would be difficult to get donations to the DNC, the GOP, the tv stations would be hurting, the PAC would be shutting down due to lack of funding. To them elections are like Christmas.
Trump is a dirtbag, his support is way less than 42%. His numbers are derived from GOP popularity, but the GOP is shrinking, not growing, as folks back away in horror at the actions of this corrupt cult.

    2. I was against the impeachment of Clinton. Here, are you saying Trump could ask about corruption overseas, just not if it involves someone running against him? Where is that stated in the Constitution?

    3. This is how the president run this country like he did in his business .
It reported in 2016 that Trump “put up little of his own money, shifted personal debts to the casinos and collected millions of dollars in salary, bonuses, and other payments.”

“The burden of his failures,” according to the newspaper, “fell on investors and others who had bet on his business acumen.
Who will pay for the debt he has build up to ASTONISH 23 trillion.
With him still in power U.S. will have over 32 trillion in 2023.

    4. @Terje Simensen It’s all of them. Obama doubled the debt to 18 trillion. And I agree it is insanity. I can’t think of a solution. Anyone?

  2. The only good thing about Traitor-Trump’s presidency is when he gets the boot out the door. #Impeach! #voteBlue2020!

    1. @D L
I thoroughly agree. t corporate world is primarily at fault for destroying our country’s lifestyle and our very survival. They do it by paying off and bribing both Democrats and Republicans in Congress. And Russia and China are participating to make sure they reap the rewards of our stupidity at thinking either a Dem or Rep will make any difference. Trump is truly the worst we’ve ever had, true. But both parties are so loaded with corruption and have given our very lives as citizens over to the wealthy and powerful via the guise of corporations. The best thing to do is to vote Trump out by choosing anyone who has the ability to challenge him. Then start voting during every local and state election to oust incumbents on a regular basis. These Congressmen and women gain their power via the donations from corporations who then demand they be allowed to continue raping the middle and lower class till we are nothing but their slaves. While Trump is openly evil and corrupt, there are lots who are equally as deadly that hide it better. Choose candidates for Congressional offices that have few ties to corporations or the wealthy magnates. This is getting more and more difficult as it now takes millions of dollars to win a seat in the Congress and hundreds of millions to billions to have enough to run for President. So no matter who we choose now we will get a wealthy person. But we as citizens need to start thinking about choosing those that would tax the wealthy more and go back to providing humanitarian aide to those poor in our own country instead of some people we’ve never seen or heard of all because they found oil in their lands. Till we get the corporations power within our government out, there won’t be a solution.

    2. Never going to happen..The Senate will not even do that..You can’t impeach a President with a total Partisan vote..Makes no sense..

    3. @Clark Williams
And any vote for him would be showing that voter to be just as moronic and corrupt and uncaring as Trump himself. Doesn’t mean it’s right. Just would be saying that a tiny winning percentage of America and it’s equally corrupt electoral college who lately has not chosen the popular vote president is part of the evil. You Trump supporters are like those who followed and admired Hitler in the beginning and then wanted to join the other side when he began devasting Germany. Of course all the other idiots in this country who vote down party lines will never see how evil he is. I just hope when he becomes a full blown dictator and points the cannons at you that you are front and center to experience it all. Anyone who could vote for Trump after the massive damage he is overtly, admittedly, and uncaringly causing this country is either a complete moron or someone who has buried his/her head in the sand and refuses to see the darkness his win would mean for this country. He loves other evil dictators and is more than willing to take our country down the same road. His chosen people for his cabinet and presidential aide positions and embassadors have all either seen his evil and abandoned him or been fired for crossing him. He’s responsible for the deaths of thousands of our Allies and had had covert assasinations carried out against those who would oppose or expose his corruption. But then that sort of sums up the racist, wealthy, and low-end moron who can’t think for themselves. So go ahead and gloat if you win. You will be the first ones he betrays.

  3. Please for the love of all things good, please let Rudy be t’rump legal representation in these hearings. He’ll crack within minutes and confess to every crime! 😆😅

    1. He can’t be, he involved as much as Trump. Both Guiliani and Trump in Orange suits and handcuffs. My Christmas Card Wish.

  4. The last four letters in Dershowitz’s name mean ‘joke’ in German. He is perfectly suited for Trump’s legal team.

    1. Trumps new TV show. Pedophile Island! First base 50 points, second base 100 points, third base 200 points! First to home run, wins the game! Republicans are glued to the screen! Virgins vs old guys! Based on reality!

    2. @tesladrive1
Americans also prefer presidents who dont get peed on buddy 😀 russia if you’re listening release the pee pee tapes

    3. @David Goldman They didn’t know he was a pedophile at the time! Its funny how they cut him off, and he was forced to go to Fox opinion! Sad!

  5. This is the natural end of the GOP after the Tea party hijacked and dragged the party into the depths, now they are just sinking into the sand.

    1. Yes Trump is courrpt lawlessness just like the republicans people don’t know Trump is taking away things through executive orders please look up information about executive order 11000 and executive 11001 or executive 10997

    2. The Articles of Impeachment do not allege Treason, Theft or any other crime. Turns out there was no proof of quid pro quo behind all the talk of bribery, and extortion.

  6. I don’t want to hear a peep from republicans when the shoe is on the other foot. You set the rules, now have fun with the future they bring.

    1. @esj8341 House impeachment, and wiretapping rules, were voted in place by a Republican House! Now they say those same rules are unfair! When you have nothing, Desperation sets in! Pathetic!

  7. Obama wear the wrong colour suit and uses the wrong mustard and the republicam party demands an impeachment.

Trump tries to extort a foreign government to interfere un US election, republicans see nothing wrong
.and republicans wonder why even other conservatives have no respect for then

    1. @Mikael Gudmundsson I for one don’t agree with calling Trump a traitor, even if he is probably a criminal, and his presidency is a nonstop shitshow. But do we really have to go over this again?

    2. @Mikael Gudmundsson “Traitor” has also been thrown around by Trump. One either side it’s not legally acurate, since treason as a crime exists only in wartime. In both cases, it’s a low blow, but it’s more a rhetorical insult than an accusation of a crime. Therefore, there is no burden of proof.

    3. @Felix Ray Traitor :A person who betrays a friend, country, principle, etc.

“they see me as a traitor, a sellout to the enemy”.

Definitely describes Trump!!! So yes, we have to go there!

  8. Dershowitz?! the pedophile!!
    Always the best choice trump!
No one is Above the law and the time for RETRIBUTION is on his way!
Their is a lot of Gop parasites to cure!

  9. Every Senator that votes to acquit should be very concerned about their losing their jobs. An acquittal would prove they’re traitors to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Time to March on Washington again! It’s time to demand a fair trial.

    1. @Jorge Stolfi – Exactly. They can’t see they’re just fodder for the cannons. He wouldn’t spit (or pee, gross) on one of them if they were on fire.

    2. Reality? Congress, the House of Representatives is 2 year terms of service, the Senate is 6. Our upcoming Elections? Moscow Mitch + 22 more Republican Senators are up for re-election, only 12 Democrats. Party 1st v keeping your @##ing job, pick one.

    3. @Richie Tattersall I stand corrected on the House terms, thanks!
The Senate was patterned after the British House of the Lords, but named after and justified by the Ancient Roman Senate. Both were constituted of the perpetual and hereditary feudal lords of the realm, who were supposed to rule over the commoners.
Thus the Senators effectively became sort of the feudal lords of America: their long terms of office, and their predominance over the House, are quite contrary to the concept of democracy.
(The Founding Fathers tried to break away from the monarchic mold, but could not overcome the limits of human imagination — which cannot invent truly new things, only copy and adapt things that it already knows. They copied the Lords and Commons just as they could not avoid vesting kingly powers on the President, such as the power of pardon.)

    4. @Jorge Stolfi There were major battles when this version of our Government, actually the 2nd, Google “Articles of Confederation” was happening, they finally settled on this version of our Congress, the Senate represents the States, the House represents the Citizens.

    1. I thought trump said he was going to drain the swamp?

I bet nobody realised it would only be repubs getting drained – and now he’s actually recruiting more to his swamp…

  10. Alan Dershowitz , a known client of Ghislane Maxwell and the late Jeffery Epstein defending the criminal Trump .
    How apt .

    1. @Clark Williams you might want to fact-check who said that again, Trump’s Clark Kent.

    1. American dream is all about normalized corruption- don’t expect America to solve any problem given how their entire constitution supports corruption

    2. @Judith Smith Yes in a time of Trump’s State’s Terrorism or better RELIGIOUS STATE’S Terrorism!!

Is precisely the case of what the Trump admin is.

And this below is just a Russia-corrupted Trump state- approved willful deadly anti-Semitic religious hate-crimes-enticing in a fanatic religious divided and militarily armed U.S. Christian U.S. Nazis, Jewish extremists and Islamic U.S. extremists-rich nation:

      https://youtu.be/scnhffiMUmg

Ironically, there are fascinating legal discrepancies and contradictions. For example what IF the White supremacist “anti-semites” are in the White House as Stephen Miller and his Trumps MAGA Christian Nazi Proud Boy Richard Spencer??

And not to forget the well-funded hate-machines on Facebook:
Monetising hate: covert enterprise co-opts far-right Facebook pages to churn out anti-Islamic and anti-Secular Liberalism posts

Exclusive: Israel-based group has gained access to at least 21 pages, using them to launch coordinated false stories to their 1 million followers around the world

A mysterious group has used some of Facebook’s largest far-right pages to create a commercial enterprise that harvests anti-Islamic hate for profit and influences politics across the globe, a Guardian investigation has revealed.

Over the past two years, a group of mysterious Israel-based accounts has delivered similar messages to the heads of at least 19 other far-right Facebook pages across the US, Australia, the UK, Canada, Austria, Israel and Nigeria. The Israel-based group has co-opted at least 21 organically grown far-right pages, using them to churn out thousands of coordinated posts to more than 1 million followers across four continents and funnelling audiences to a cluster of 10 advertisement-heavy websites to milk the traffic for profit. The posts stoke deep hatred of Islam across the western world and influence politics in Australia, Canada, the UK and the US by amplifying far-right parties including Australia’s One Nation and vilifying Muslim politicians such as US Democratic congresswoman Ilhan Omar.

The network wasn’t always so extensive. The delivery of coordinated content began in 2016 through just a few pages in Israel and the US. “It’s very obvious looking at the websites, the way that they’re structured, the way that they’re sharing design and code, and the way they share Google site IDs, that they’re all interconnected with each other,” said QUT professor Axel Bruns, one of Australia’s leading internet researchers. “They’re just cheap sites to set up, cheap sites to run … It’s not very sophisticated and it’s just brute force, to push all this stuff out.”

Bruns and his colleagues believe the motivation is commercial, and that hatred, division and political influence may be byproducts of the pursuit of profit.

The network has also targeted “leftwing” politicians at critical points in national election campaigns, posting false stories about the UK Labour leader, Jeremy Corbyn, and the Canadian prime minister, Justin Trudeau. The revelations show how Facebook has failed to stop clandestine actors from using its platform to run coordinated disinformation and hate campaigns. The network uncovered by the Guardian has operated with relative impunity even since Mark Zuckerberg offered his apology to the US Senate after the Cambridge Analytica and Russian interference scandals.

the United States FBI ( not Nazi-Trump`s recent one) considers the JDL a “violent extremist Jewish organization” and deemed it a “right-wing terrorist group.” In Canada, JDL has hosted a far-right speaker, published anti-Muslim rhetoric and worked with the white nationalist group Soldiers of Odin..”

Those behind the network have gone to great lengths to hide their identity. But Guardian Australia’s investigation has connected the operation to one known man in Tel Aviv, who goes by the username Ariel1238a.

What, when those who are FOR-Profit spreading violent fake news based anti-Semitic hatred are in fact many fanatic Jewish Zionist ultra conservatives, Islamic extremists and Christian-Nazis allied in the highest fields of American UBER right-wing enterprises?

      Good Legal questions to ask.
