Much of this human crisis is as a result of the choices of the Republican Party. They allowed this catastrophe to happen and should be made to pay for it.

@Tarquin Bright Trump LOST the popular vote by around three million votes in 2016, then Trump LOST the 2018 election and Democrats WON the majority in the House of Representatives, now Trump’s poll numbers are tanking which is totally understandable in light of the first two facts. Biden 2020.

    • Democrats loser’s Vote Trump

    • @Patrick Hill Trump is behind in the polls snowflake. Go cry a river.

  11. Someone needs to remind Congress that they work for all Americans and not just the 1 percent. All of them need to be voted out.

    • Yes

    • They work for the people who pay their salaries, the taxpayers. Why are we giving some people an extra $600 per week, on top of their State unemployment? What about the people who actually produce the things those people can buy with that $600…..what do those people get?

    • dwayne smith | August 3, 2020 at 9:15 PM | Reply

Ive been a productive worker for 48 years now and when whatever my employers needed from me I gave weekends holidays etc. I never let them down. But your Congress just let you down. And took the weekend off just when you needed them the most.! Good luck? ?

    • @Rayenal Owens Specifically the GOP. They are the ones wanting to give a tax break for business lunches, but screw the 99%. It’s not the democrats that are the problem.

I’d rather live in a country where u have a chance to be super wealthy than not. It inspires people to work hard, innovate, take chances and do great things. Complaining about the wealthy is for low-bar individuals who don’t feel like stepping up. Wealth is just like poverty…its earned.

    • @Golden nugget of wisdom With that intellect, I’m guessing you’ll be part of the 99.9% who just get by.

    • Vote Trump

    • Golden nugget of wisdom | August 3, 2020 at 10:41 PM | Reply

I am just getting by, sorta comfortably, and that’s just fine by me. I enjoy my low skill 9-5 and I have all I need. It’s not that hard…you don’t need to be a millionaire to be happy.

    • Harold Moore | August 4, 2020 at 9:31 AM | Reply

Golden nugget of wisdom lmao. When stupid people think they’re wise. You act like Trump made the economy strong. He didn’t.

  16. Christopher Phillips | August 3, 2020 at 6:48 PM | Reply

Hold the line. Do not give in. Republicans did this purposely if the economy crashes its ok blame the Republicans

  17. Perry Williams | August 3, 2020 at 6:49 PM | Reply

They always quick to bail out thieves in suits than hard working Americans.

    • A lot of the PPP funds and loans went to companies that are already in trouble with the law, and also to companies that had government contracts to do road/bridges construction, that were already guaranteed revenue streams during the pandemic—in other words they didn’t need the money. Who was trying to get this money for companies??—REPUBLICANS. Meanwhile they can’t give $600 to a blue-collar working man?? Do a search on donald trump’s and Steven Mnuchin’s gift to *”YRC” trucking company* that one is a classic.
