Rational arguments and facts don’t dissuade conspiracy theorists. They’ll just say that’s part of the conspiracy.

Sadly true. The conspiracy mindset becomes a closed loop. Facts that refute the increasingly absurd claims cannot penetrate, as they’re readily dismissed as ‘part of the conspiracy.’ Eventually, *everyone* who isn’t in the cult is ‘the enemy.’
That’s why you speak to them as you’d speak to a bully. You have to flip their stupidity; think back to when you were 12 years old and respond in kind. For example, when they say “it was antifa that stormed the capital!” You say “trumpers: we’re so stupid antifa tricked us into committing treason”.
You dont argue facts. You dont argue feelings. You dont argue logic. These people dont care, thus none of that will effect them. Speak to your audience.
You just flip their stupidity back.
