    1. @Democrats the party of Satan! Oh so you’re saying that the sheriff’s won’t follow laws either? Don’t worry, crooked cops like that will be round up by the good ones. And you and those crooked sheriff’s can spend a cell together talking about 2016-2020 right before they lead you out to to the firing range

    2. Jesushates6969
Lmao the ones that are about to be rounded up are the d!sgust!ng socialist , communist-Sympathizers known as “progressives” 🔥😈🔥
hope your allah can hear you when you scream out😈 in pain. Democrats lost the first civil war and they will lose the second one 🔥😈🔥.
No room for soycialists in freedom land🤣.

  1. “There’s nothing in the constitution that says the President stops being President in his last year” -Ruth B. Ginsburg

    1. Lynda Vance You are all about right to life u til babies are taken from their mothers at the border, out in cages and women are forced to have hysterectomies. Where is your outrage over the million of fathers that abandon those lives once born? You want to control a woman’s body no more no less. Once born you deny them healthcare and benefits to sustain life like food and shelter. You use religion as means to justify your cruelty to these lives once they are born

  2. But she’s a ardent established “settled” law proponent. Meaning she would be for keeping roe vs wade. Duh!

    1. @Lynda Vance I’ll take you word for it, but at the end of the day it hardly matter considering the other Justices we current;y have, some are far worse than she seemingly is.

    2. @Psilocybe Cubensis I disagree. I believe she was THE worst – by far. But you are right about there being crappy judges there.

    3. @Eh-lien you have a disgusting definition of just. thank god you’re just a middle aged man in his mom’s basement trolling people on the internet

    4. @Silver Kraken why do you say that? we’re arguing for increased minimum wage so more people have a chance to speak, increased opportunity for everyone, free healthcare, and better education. why are y’all so against all of this?

    1. Get real. As long as McConnell is Senate Majority Leader he will indefinitely refuse to hold confirmation hearings and block calling a vote on any Democrat President’s SCOTUS nominee. McConnell refused to abide by his oath regarding Article 2 when he refused to hold hearings and a vote on Obama’s SCOTUS nominee in 2016. McConnell’s decision to push through hearings and a vote on a Trump SCOTUS nominee, at this late stage in Trump’s term, is intellectual dishonesty in its most perverted and material form. McConnell’s actions are not something to celebrate.

  3. “I am looking through the Constitution for the “dying wish” clause, but I just can’t seem to find it.” -Jordan Rachel

    1. @B H I could be wrong, but I think Lindsey has probably had a change of opinion, especially because of the Democrat insanity surrounding the Kavanaugh hearings. I would also say the Republicans are holding up their words, their words and promises to their respective constituencies.

    2. @Mikevdog Not all confirmations end up strictly along party lines. Even the highly conservative Antonin Scalia was confirmed 98 to 2 (the two didn’t vote). Garland was a respected jurist with no ideological agenda who I believe would have been confirmed by the Senate.

    1. She was entitled to speak her heart’s desire at her death – the issue that was most important to her. Are we now going to critique everyone’s final words? This world is not becoming better, just harder and colder. Oh, and remind the Republicans how they refused Obama’s possible nominee because “it was an election year and the people should have a say”. So they waited a whole 10 months or so until Trump’s election.
Trump and his minions are now about to choose someone with just 40 some days before the election. Power hungry hypocrites with not an ounce of integrity between them!

    2. @Dave Schultz Yep, a wonderful President who tries to be a father to All the American people, which is his duty! No. He just spews lies, hate, and division. Have you ever seen the country so at odds with each other? Thank Trump.

    3. @Snowflake the mad scientist you are insane if you think that it matters what her dying wish was. If I make my dying wish that no one wear socks for a whole year is it disrespectful for everyone to ignore that stupid wish?

  4. The problem with appointing someone with a specific social or legal leaning view is that once they become a Supreme Court justice, they become politically untouchable. A recent example is Harry Blackmun who was appointed by President Nixon because he thought Blackmun would be conservative in his rulings. Instead, Blackmun turned out to be one the most liberal justice in history.

    1. Overturning Roe v Wade will not make abortions illegal nationally. It only opens the door wider for states to stop them. So all the red states will not allow them, but the blue states will continue so the red state folks can just jump across a state line and still have them.

    1. Oh, I know. Let’s all laugh at Lincoln!

lol his party got taken over by the Dixiecrat slave owners that hated him. Ohh, that’s rich.

    2. When it comes to abortion, Biden should ask Trump as to how many abortions he’s paid for, and not only him, Donnie Jr and Liddle Eric.

    3. @Jeff Webb And he’d say Zero. Maybe even less than Zero. Some say he’s had paid for the least abortions of anyone ever.

It’s hilarious you people think shaming Trump is somehow going to actually make him feel shame.

    4. gcth67, I’m sure Democrats can “found” another fake Blasey Ford or an Avenatti with some anonymous “sources” or a Schiff secret wither-blower.

    1. Just a friendly reminder that Hillary Clinton did infant commit Treasonous Collusions with the Russians. She paid for the fake Steele dossier. And to this day, she still cannot get over the fact that she lost the election to Donald Trump. HHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  5. Fake news will start attacking the nominee even before her nomination.
This reminds me of same fake news media channels attacking Donald Trump before election and election results.

    1. Trump had a long, very public history, of his dishonesty and criminal ways. Was all out there in the public sphere way before he came down the escalator. The rest of the world couldn’t believe the American public were so ignorant of his history.

  6. Sorry, her wish will never come true, politics does not work with wishes and emotions, it works with interest and benefits.
