  1. After the attack DJT issued a Tweet: “These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long.” This proves he intended the insurrection and is unrepentant for the deaths, injuries and damage he caused. He should be tried together with the other insurrectionists in federal court, charged with seditious conspiracy, insurrection, conspiracy against rights, violation of civil liberties under color of law and felony murder pursuant to: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2385 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2384 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2383 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/241 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/242 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/610 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/595 https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=(title:52%20section:10307%20edition:prelim) https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=(title:52%20section:20511%20edition:prelim) https://www.justia.com/criminal/offenses/homicide/felony-murder/ . Once convicted for insurrection, the 14th Amendment automatically applies: https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/amendment-14/section-3/

    1. One doesn’t have to be convicted…it simply says ENGAGED IN insurrection or rebellion….under the way a presidential election is outlined , The constitution states any dispute or contest of election results is to be resolved by Safe harbor Dec 8th…what Trump and several republicans did after that day is rebellion Jan 6th events are considered insurrection…

  2. I’m deeply sorry for your loss Mr. Raskin. What you did honors the memory of your son. You are a good and true patriot.

    1. @The Truth Is Out 777 two month old account and a history of troll comments smhmyhead, go somewhere else kid.

  3. I’m so deeply sorry for his loss and profoundly thankful for his service. He did his family so proud these last many days. He’s done America proud. Mahalo nunui.

  4. And that prince who, relying entirely on their promises, has
neglected other precautions, is ruined; because friendships that are obtained by payments, and not by greatness
or nobility of mind, may indeed be earned, but they are not secured, and in time of need cannot be relied upon

  5. Lolz, wisdom escapes enablers of Fascism. I have the utmost respect for Senator Raskin’s position but sadly American politics will choose to acquit. How anyone trusts Americans after this on anything l’ve no idea.

  6. Jamie’s strength throughout this trial has been heartbreakingly heartwarming. Familiar with his pain, I’m awestruck by his passionate, focused composure.

  7. OMG! I Didnt know that!!😥 sorry to hear that! Prays goes out to you and your family Seattle showing love!!

  8. I find it humbling to think of all that Mr Raskin and his family have gone through just this year alone. The fact that he is still serving the people with such unwavering dedication should be a lesson to all of us.
