  1. The sad part is people in that room read that piece and thought it was appropriate for publication.

    • @KN Byam: Not only in the room. You should read some of the comments supporting the piece. I shook my head many times. I simply do not understand how fathers with daughters; husbands with wives; brothers with sisters can support such lunacy. I don’t get it.

    • Hovering over that room the disembodied “soul” of R Murdoch, who has destroyed political culture on 3 continents. He’s a disgrace to Australia, Britain, and the USA.

    • I don’t read newspapers anymore. Perhaps the abhorrent editor in chief was going to mansplain it to the regular joe?

  2. looks like some conservatives are jealous of her doctorate. they wouldn’t berate a male for the same doctorate!!

    • well then i suppose the entire corrupt leftist media is jealous of Ben Carson, the pediatric neurosurgen, when they refuse to refer to him as Dr. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/hud-secretary-ben-carson-visits-154400241.html

    • @Raptango_NA You sound like a cretinous oaf. There aren’t many people who’d praise a surgeon being put in charge of a nation’s housing stock, but somehow in your reality that’s fine, because just Look at what an Awesome job he’s done with his portfolio since his appointment, right? Clap. Clap. Clap.

    • @Ver Coda Truth hurts. You cannot defend the blatant bias and hypocrisy of the left media, and your comment makes no sense. You can’t demand that we kneel to the leftist rule that academic titles, when help by Democrats must be used, even though most academic PhD’s dont use Dr. _while at the same time_ refusing to refer to Ben Carson as doctor. Yet the first thing you reach for is name calling in order to discredit, because thats the main weapon of the left, because they cannot argue the obvious facts, because they dont think in terms of facts. Their mind control media only teaches resist and hate

    • @Raptango_NA I heard many democrats call him doctor ben carson, so your point is not well supported. Also, he was always falling asleep on stage, so he sucked and we were right to laugh at him, he supported policies that were bad for the American people and bad for America.

@Raptango_NA yet you are here/ to criticize. Gtfoh

  3. Just another ignorant expressing their ignorance.

  4. The WSJ has always been conservative. This is how conservatives think. This is who they are.

  5. Just cancel your subscription to the paper. It was a very stupid Op-Ed, and shouldn’t have taken up space in print.

  6. Joseph Epstein (unfortunate surname) isn’t a legitimate journalist because he writes for the laughable WSJ, so he shouldn’t use the title.

  7. WSJ editorial board read The Art of the Deal for their book club this month? Taking pages from NYPost, Newsweek, Harpers to generate clickbait?

  8. How come the same people never criticized current “First Lady” in White House with her shady past including posing nude and Lesbian acts and god knows what else!

  9. We don’t need to be having such a negative discussion on her well earned doctorate

It only shows the guys ignorance to have such an incorrect understanding of a doctorate degree

  10. This is absolutely sad if not sickening

  11. This the year of the Lord 2020

And such fallacies still prevail by those that proclaim their spirituality

  12. WSJ is a Murdoch owned enterprise so what did y’all expect ?

  13. “There’s no need for diversity,” said the group of old white rich men. 🤔 😅😂

  14. Elaine Jefferson | December 16, 2020 at 2:20 PM | Reply

    “First Doctor” works for me!

  15. How does someone in this day and age not realize that having a doctorate does not mean they are a medical doctor? Our schools are really failing us. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

  16. Just shows how stupid and jealous they are, Wall Street Junk

  17. Just another sign of a separate reality…we as woman still have so far to go..

  18. They must feel threatened by a women “Dr.”

  19. Too many people in US have disturbing voices whilst it’s Not a issue if Jill Biden wants to be called of !

  20. I find it ironic that these men think they would exist without women because everyone has a mother and treating or thinking of women this way is a huge disrespect to her!
