@Vammek Opinion No. Impeachment is not the only way, he’d have to be convicted and that is unlikely considering how many Republican senators have been compromised or are so weak that they enable the crime syndicate operating out of the Oval office. Mind you, it should add more Democratic votes to the mix, and whadda ya know, the Dems favorables are going up. Trump will be voted out if there is a free and fair election- big caveat. He should be removed because he has worked consistently in defiance of Constitutional law.

Impeachment is the only way to bring Trump to justice. Then they can criminally charge him.
Vammek Opinion , I still don’t think the in ability to indict a sitting president is settled yet.
The DOJ opinion is not a legal ruling so in the absence of a ruling YES he can be indicted. Its actually a very simple point of law. Unless the supreme court rules that a sitting president cannot be indicted he can be! The SDNY look like they are going to ignore the DOJ opinion and may go forward with indictments.
