It’s easy to quit when you think you are losing. It takes intestinal fortitude to stay in the game and see it to the end win or lose.
I suspect he has other motives that have nothing to do with partisanship or gridlock.
Not just intestinal fortitude but also moral fortitude… Must they abide by their party’s request if they know that their replacements will be making their represented states’ citizens be put on the back burner, esp. in this trying times on policies?
If only there are some groups that will rally for their re-election bids, who is elevated from the dirty going-on’s of the GOP… Make it happen!
Any descent person will either change parties or retire if they have an R in front of their name. Joe still thinks voodoo Reaganomics is a good thing. Reagan Republicans were/are a cult too.
