    1. How many of the gop have shares in health companies. I suspect at least one or his family has shares in the company that makes Hydroxychloroquine

    1. @Robyn Justice whats the difference between blaming *”white evangelicals”* and blaming *”Jews?”* The specificity of your statement is even more alarming.

    2. @Robyn Justice um,hey Mussolini, your party defines that word.stop projecting. Your movie is only getting rave reviews like Woodrow Wilson and birth of a nation

    1. @Crystal Giddens ,
Understand that I don’t, and haven’t for years, particularly when debating vegans, looked at posted links on YT comments. I’m interested in science, reason and accuracy. I use critical thinking skills to navigate my way around the internet and the disinformation cloud we are constantly subjected to.

    2. @Crystal Giddens ,
So, I’ve figured out you’re mostly likely male. I’m also pretty certain you must be Russian. It just seems to make the most sense, given what has been said on this thread.

    3. @Crystal Giddens ,
And, in fact, Russian agent Giddens, this thread documents that you only jumped on the thread after I mentioned Timothy Snyder’s Book, The Road to Unfreedom. How about that? Could be a coincidence? Right? Who knows? Well, you do know if you are an agent. These are sinister times we are living in.

  1. “Join or Die”, the message that rallied the American colonies to unify and birth the United.

  2. If you had you’d be looking more like Germany, Italy and Spain right now. So so sad and negligent to have at this stage over 1,000 Americans dying in one day. We had 5 deaths today in Australia which is horrible enough, metro Melbourne has been in stage 3 lockdown for the past two weeks and will be for another four weeks until we get our daily new cases down from over 400 a day currently to back down to 0 again. Instead States in the US with over 10,000 new cases a day don’t want to mandate masks and are wanting to send children back to school. It’s truly insane.

    1. T Electronix I’m so sorry as under any other President this would not be happening to you all. Please keep safe and know we are thinking of you.

    2. Dy Dayton I hear you as one thing this has taught me is we are all at the mercy of our government so we all have to take extra care and research everything we can about whom we choose to elect into power no matter which country. Trump conned the American people but hopefully not this second time around.

    3. Your country is by isolation …blessed. Young, strong & fiercely independent.
      Stay that way.
Learn from our (usa) mistakes & protect your nation from the corrupt.
Its like body weight…easier to avoid getting fat than trying to shed the extra pounds!
      KWIM?
      To your good health!🥂

    4. @Activated By333 Traitor Nixon (R) came close.
But the republicans have been agressively tearing at the fabric for the past 55 years.
I guess fast food fart followers really think they will get “special treatment” if Trump & his buddies get the plutocracy they seek.
      Hearfelt Thanks.
This is all so depressing, we need all the coaches & cheerleading we can get now. 👍

    5. Vote him Out sure our isolation helps however what’s made the true difference is the completely different way our Federal & State government leaders have handled the Covid Crisis here in Oz. To give you a real life example here’s a brief summary of how my Victorian (we have a population of over 6.5 Million people) Premier Dan Andrews (like your Governor) updates us daily on Covid 19 and if you’re not getting this type of detailed data and support lobby so you do. 3. A good and qualified analysis of what can be achieved or lost if a nation does or doesn’t act against the virus as one, Rachel. Well done!

  4. To play golf in Scotland you would have to get through The first minister Nicole Sturgeon. Another lady .

      Mass testing
Norway’s Institute of Public Health announced this week (computer translated) that it does not recommend testing large groups of healthy people, such as all employees in a company, for COVID-19. Now that there is little spread of coronavirus in Norway, such testing has no purpose.

Based on results from mathematical models, the reproduction figure in Norway is estimated to be 0.65 (0.39-0.94).
      Stoltenberg warns against another lockdown
Norwegian Institute of Public Health chief, Camille Stoltenberg, said in an interview (computer translated) she warns against such a shutdown again – even if the infection rates should increase…
*“Our assessment now….is that we could possibly have achieved the same effects and avoided some of the unfortunate impacts by not locking down,* but by instead keeping open but with infection control measures,” she said.
The closure of Norway has had serious economic consequences: high unemployment and a sudden stop for the Norwegian economy.

    2. Republicans are turning on Trump like crazy. Check out the YouTube channel Republican voters against Trump.

    3. @J. Lo Socialism without capitalism is communism, but capitalism without socialism is fascism. We need a healthy balance of both like the Nordic and Scandinavian countries have. Trump and some Republicans are straight up fascists. Wake up.
*THE FOURTEEN COMMON FEATURES OF FASCISM*

      1. The cult of tradition. “One has only to look at the syllabus of every fascist movement to find the major traditionalist thinkers. The Nazi gnosis was nourished by traditionalist, syncretistic, occult elements.”

      2. The rejection of modernism. “The Enlightenment, the Age of Reason, is seen as the beginning of modern depravity. In this sense Ur-Fascism can be defined as irrationalism.”

      3. The cult of action for action’s sake. “Action being beautiful in itself, it must be taken before, or without, any previous reflection. Thinking is a form of emasculation.”

      4. Disagreement is treason. “The critical spirit makes distinctions, and to distinguish is a sign of modernism. In modern culture the scientific community praises disagreement as a way to improve knowledge.”

      5. Fear of difference. “The first appeal of a fascist or prematurely fascist movement is an appeal against the intruders. Thus Ur-Fascism is racist by definition.”

      6. Appeal to social frustration. “One of the most typical features of the historical fascism was the appeal to a frustrated middle class, a class suffering from an economic crisis or feelings of political humiliation, and frightened by the pressure of lower social groups.”

      7. The obsession with a plot. “The followers must feel besieged. The easiest way to solve the plot is the appeal to xenophobia.”

      8. The enemy is both strong and weak. “By a continuous shifting of rhetorical focus, the enemies are at the same time too strong and too weak.”

      9. Pacifism is trafficking with the enemy. “For Ur-Fascism there is no struggle for life but, rather, life is lived for struggle.”

      10. Contempt for the weak. “Elitism is a typical aspect of any reactionary ideology.”

      11. Everybody is educated to become a hero. “In Ur-Fascist ideology, heroism is the norm. This cult of heroism is strictly linked with the cult of death.”

      12. Machismo and weaponry. “Machismo implies both disdain for women and intolerance and condemnation of nonstandard sexual habits, from chastity to homosexuality.”

      13. Selective populism. “There is in our future a TV or Internet populism, in which the emotional response of a selected group of citizens can be presented and accepted as the Voice of the People.”

      14. Ur-Fascism speaks Newspeak. “All the Nazi or Fascist schoolbooks made use of an impoverished vocabulary, and an elementary syntax, in order to limit the instruments for complex and critical reasoning.”

  5. “Why Trump’s Failure To Lead National Response Prolongs Coronavirus Crisis” is more succinctly “Trump’s Failures Prolong All National Crises For Such Is The Nature Of Failure.” May fellow American voters accordingly tell #ImPOTUS45 “You’re fired” on Nov 3rd by voting for the exact opposite instead of more “Mourning in America.”

  7. Jim Morrison on Trump:
There’s a killer on the road, his brain is squirmin’ like a toad
Take a long holiday, let your children play
If ya give this man a ride, sweet family will die
    Killer on the road, yeah

  8. In Europe, everyone closed down all at once. THAT’S precisely how they crushed the spread…. by being sensible. The petulance, arrogance, and sense of false entitlement felt by 10s of millions of Americans is why the US in in dire straights. No one needs a mandate to do the sensible thing, you just need to be mature about it.
