Politicians never answer a question directly. The follow up questions are usually to clear up the word salad that comes out of their mouths.

Why is he not just answering the question? He is just muddying the answer with all the details about approvals. Is there something that Canada needs to do to get these approvals thus holding up the distribution and if there is, why doesn’t he just explain it?
