Will Smith was banned from Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences events for 10 years following his confrontation with Chris Rock.

Will Smith will not be allowed to attend any Academy events, including the Oscars, for 10 years following the actor's conduct at this year's annual awards show, the Board of Governors for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences ruled Friday.
"The Board has decided, for a period of 10 years from April 8, 2022, Mr. Smith shall not be permitted to attend any Academy events or programs, in person or virtually, including but not limited to the Academy Awards," the organization said in a statement Friday following a hearing to discuss Smith slapping comedian Chris Rock at the Oscars.

Will Smith struck Chris Rock while both of Chris Rock’s hands were behind his back. He knew Chris Rock wasn’t going to hit him back. If ever he were to try to pull a stunt like that on Mike Tyson, he would have been airborne before he had a chance to blink.

Jada must be banned too. The ban must have included monetized penalty for physical violence in favor of Chris… or 20 years ban that must include Jada. The couple are a very bad role model for kids to follow. Our tv screens ban them forever.
