    1. @rebel without a cause d apparently the book that someone read to you was written by Trump…nothing factual.

    2. Uh, its called the LEGISLATURE + JUDICIAL BRANCH Thwarts the Executive Branch . THAT IS HOW America is supposed to work, when one branch over steps . Nazis were the opposite : Hitler was the Exec Branch and ruled similar to WI’s governor attempted to do.

  1. This disease is partisan. Has anyone noticed? If that’s the case, it needs to be investigated big time.

    4. @benzyboy101 1 – the scientific numbers claimed 2.2 million would be dead. Wrong again. As for a spike, how do you know that’s going to happen, unless it’s on purpose?

    1. Reopening up a country. Before a vaccine is in place is a death sentence for more people ‘ playing with people’s lives is liked trump putting us before a firing squad or putting us in the front lines in Iraq

    2. I hate to think that is true, but it is starting to look a bit weird when you see how well all these other countries have handled it.

    3. Thulsa Ive been saying this for months and I was called paranoid and a Trump hater. Over 80,000 dead now what.

    4. @Freedom & Liberty Bot I thought Trump was in charge.LOL, Why do trump supporters always run from the truth and only
believe conspiracy, it’s must be embarrassing.

  2. Trump, these GOP judges, the GOP party, this administration, Faux News will all be open to lawsuits by all who contracted the disease after being told to go to work.

    1. @Michele You seem to forget it’s your party that delayed the stimulus for a week do they could add their pet perks to the bill.

    2. @AZ Niteforce oh please, we all know Trumpsters are the most uneducated people on earth. Trump can’t even read a 5th grade book and you guys are just as stupid.

    3. @Debra Johnson and you seem to forget your president has the blood of almost a hundred thousand people on his hands so far. Stfu

    2. @joye ottwell While you stick up for China, Latin America, Ukraine and the Russia, I’ll stick up for America. Peloser and shiftless adam HATE American culture, our way of life and all that has made America great….. You hang with the Sheethole Countries and be fake proud ya hypocrite.

    3. @joye ottwell IF you wanna talk about Dictators, talk to the democrats that want to lock us all up in our houses endlessly…. This alone will lose the democrats the election if they don’t let off REAL soon…. and that’s a guarantee…. But that’s ok, be a hypocritical brainwashed drone and stick up for the idiots who would let you starve before they let America open.

    4. @joye ottwell Obama added 10,000,000,000,000 Trillion to our debt and only made more poor people and a stagnant economy. Globally, he deserve nothing, he kept all of Bush’s policies in place.

    5. @joye ottwell The Criminal Biden clan deserve nothing but long prison sentences…. Trump did nothing legally wrong…. Democrats are immoral daily.

  3. There are two viruses. One is biological, the other is political. Both need to be iradicated.

  4. It’s funny how these Judges were able to to rule in their safe shelter place, but they wanna open up the state ASAP.

    1. Ronita Stobbart when I said that doctors are admitting this is happening. I didn’t say fox said it. I said DOCTORS are making videos and ADMITTING that they are being pressured by THE HIGHER UPS so with that information at hand you can put together a puzzle of what’s going on WORLD WIDE. If that were the case, than the whole world is on lockdown for OTHER reasons!

    2. Ronita Stobbart ignoring truths because you cannot face them is an indictment of your own ignorance

    3. joye ottwell it’s no coincidence that it is dem governors imposing these draconian lockdowns! I’ll take my liberty over a promise of safety from politicians any day!

  5. “Work together” – what a concept. Isn’t that one of the primary purposes of representative governments?

    1. peter conway no party is exempt from blaming another. We, the people, get the the government we deserve and the government that reflects how we treat each other.

    2. @dvferyance Go ahead nitwit be like others go out with your family and act if nothings going on.When you get infected take care of yourself and leave the nurses, doctors to people that really care about themselves .And try not to infect too many other idiots as you!!

    3. @dvferyance You do realize that this ruling has essentially changed Wisconsin to a lawless state? If supreme judges don’t follow the constitution they might as well burn it. That’s what they did. And just wait what happens now, what if people really start to die because of this? Are you willing to tolerate this even if it hits someone dear to you?

    4. @Philhard Ackermann How did they not follow the constitution? The law says that when a Governor declares a state of emergency it last 60 days unless the legislature grants an extension it expires then. The 60 days was up last Monday therefore the stay at home order was unlawful beyond then. The court was following the law they got it right. Now if your upset the stay at home order did not go further then it’s fair to blame the legislature for not grating the extension but you can’t fault it on the court.

  6. Those 4 judges are clearly stupid tRUMP supporters. It is proof that judges can make stupid decisions too.

    1. Joe Earley my statement was not political though. I simply expressed that I hope these states are correct about reopening because if the models are even partially correct, it’s going to be devastating. Being right is not more important than lives.

    2. @Joe Earley Yeah just look at shitholes like Detroit, LA, San Francisco, Chicago, all run by the GOP. Oh wait …

    3. @lou kush So my take on this isn’t by bias, politics, rhetoric or ideological views. I don’t personally have any skin in this particular game, but I do still care about people’s wellbeing and safety. So this here is strictly based on statistics, the reported data/numbers that has been verified (“known good figures”), and what we’ve learned so far about how this thing spreads, how fast, incubation period – and about how much time on avg. passes from the moment of infection to the point of public reporting of that teated-positive case.

Without widespread community testing and contact tracing (not really going on at scale, _anywhere_ in the US yet), we have no near-realtime insight. As it is now, our knowledge of what’s going on “on the ground”, is based on: individuals experiencing sympthoms, seeking a test, being able to afford taking the test, _actually getting one_ (getting a test is still really difficult in most places even when you have clear symthoms, if they’re not severe (yet)), the test being processed, and results reported. So the numbers beimg reported in Georgia now, is a good couple of weeks behind what is actually happening in terms of spread. Incubation can be anything from 2-3 to 11 days (with some outliers even higher), with people shedding the virus around them for many days before getting sympthoms (so not including those wo spread it but never get any symthoms). If you have an infection rate of 3 (not unlikely in ie. Georgia with the current mitigation, tracking and hygiene measures in place and activity levels) – within 3 hops and a couple of weeks, one infected person turns to 27. That’s not gonna stand out in the reporting that’s already around 1000 new cases reported every day. But give it another 4 hops in another 2 weeks, and that’s about 2200. In yet another 4 hops and another couple of weeks, those last 2200’ish new infections are now becoming known and standing out in the reporting. Now we know there’s a distinct increase in infection, and need to decide how to handle it. But by the time we know about those 2200 cases through diagnostic testing, the real number of infected Georgians in this chain is 177.000. From one infected person, in 6 weeks.

Now consider that in a quite big and populated state like Georgia, there’s not gonna be one single person in the state, derping around their regular days, unaware that they’re infected and spreading the virus around them. It might have started like that when this thing arrived for the very first time, but we’re in the middle of a pandemic now. There are currently about a thousand new cases confirmed every single day in Georgia. The number of actually infected, is likely somewhere around 3 to 6 times that. Meaning every day there’s *at minimum* 3-6.000 people in Georgia, walking around yet unaware that they’re infected and spreading it, starting their own contagion pyramid/chain.

So it’s far too early to tell how this is playing out in Georgia. The data is lagging too much, and we’re blind as far as the prevalence in our communities and asympthomatic spread. Just strictly statistically, it’s likely gonna get pretty bad. We can expect it to be at least another 2 weeks before the first larger-region alarms go off again. And realize then, that we’re lagging behind on the data on infections, with an exponential factor of 3^4. Or a multiplier of about 81.

  7. Let these people be the genuie pigs for herd immunity. I for one will be wearing a mask and avoiding crowds for a long time to come.

  8. This is so politicized, it shouldn’t be that way. I wish they would’ve shut the borders and put us in mandatory lockdown for three weeks back in February. Just get it over with in one swipe and go back to school and work.

The lack of leadership from Washington has been unprecedented and all it has done is send mixed signals. “I have the authority”, “It’s the states’ responsibility”. People don’t even know what to do. We’re all running around freely, but somehow some of us can’t go back to work. “Essential workers” used to be healthcare workers, but construction, finance, and other industries have continued to work throughout this pandemic. We can’t continue down this road of some of us staying home and some running around and making it a political statement. We need leadership and a clear path back to normality.

  9. Sadly, Americans are the most undisciplined people on the planet, how can you disinfect a pool while others are still swimming?

    1. D best according to the Orange god we just inject disinfectant. Let’s inject the god, his example will show the world. Muhahahahaha.

    2. @Veronica Stewart Agree, 40% of Americans are clueless. That 40% who vote for Trump don’t have one single brain cell working. Idiots. This is how stupid those people are. This week Dr. Fauci testified before the Senate and gave his recommendations. Of course Trump comes out and says Fauci didn’t give an acceptable answer. Now I ask you, who are you going to believe, a world renowned infectious disease expert or Donald Trump? These 40% idiots would pick Trump. I rest my case.

    3. Disinfect the swimmers, too. Let them get it. Trump told them its a hoax and if they get it they could just inject lysol. Cull the herd of the hopelessly stupid.

  10. This is exactly why Moscow Mitch has spent 3 1/2 years stacking the courts with “trump” judges. Very concerning, very ugly.

    1. @Jon Lowy Perhaps if the next virus targets your demographic you may change your mind. 80,000+ fellow human beings died with simple stay at home guidelines; it would have been considerably more without restrictions. Do something for others sometime.

    2. @Steve Monroe This is the problem with ignorant snow flakes like you! Here you are thinking you know something about someone (in this case me) I did and am doing my part #1 I am a front line employee it just so happens I am a correctional officer, my significant other has MS and together we have 5 younger children. The threat is real for me! As the CDC stated this illness infects all kinds not just “your demographic ” and people like you is what is wrong with our country! There has never been a nationwide shutdown in our history even through all other pandemics for a reason! Now this is simple I am not saying people shouldn’t “TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES” to practice social distancing, use common sense, etc. I am saying that all stay at home orders are against the constitution as a whole! As an American my liberties mean everything to me as they should to you as well!

    3. @Steve Monroe also vovid-19 or not the job of the Supreme Court is to uphold the rule of law no matter what! If any order and or law is in direct violation with even one amendment let alone multiple as seen in the stay at home order then it is their legal and moral obligation to remedy the situation regardless of anything else.

  11. Unbelievable that the Governor’s authority can just be pushed aside like this, especially with the poll showing 69% in favour of stay at home. This division can be clearly laid at Trump*’s door, for encouraging civil disobedience. How many other states are going to follow suit, and have the legislature take the governor to court. This is Trump’*s doing.

    1. This is happening in Michigan also. Our governor has the majority of constituents behind her and the minority are loudly rebelling. I am hoping our state Supreme Court is a bit wiser.
