Thats why u keep a multitude of tools. Bear spray, knives, shotgun would be ideal. Ar 15 great. Either way I’m getting bitten at least a couple times before I let my beloved animal get killed. Then I’m coming after the owner next
@M T Agree with the right to arm oneself, you should have a human right to stand a chance in a situation like that. But you lose me at the committing murder over a pet part.

In this case, the owner of the dogs should be punished and his dogs put down

The animals once again get punished cause of an irresponsible owner. He needs to be restricted from owning any form of a pet for life and jailed. He killed the neighbours dog when he didn’t properly secure his animals.
