  1. 2020 it’s over, time for you to pack your bags and hit back to your tower. Also there will not be 2024 for you Donald Trump because you will be in jail.

    1. @karmakazi219 Just be thankful that Trump is a moron and so is Rudy. Otherwise it would be a whole lot worse if Trump was of average intelligence.

    1. @David Eby I can see you are jealous of any competent man and terrified of any competent woman, you poor little incel

    1. Donald Trump & The 14 Characteristics Of Fascism…
      https://predatorrights.wordpress.com/14-characteristics-of-fascism
Dr. Lawrence Britt has examined the fascist regimes of Hitler (Germany), Mussolini (Italy), Franco (Spain), Suharto (Indonesia) and several Latin American regimes.
Britt found 14 defining characteristics common to each:
      1. Powerful and Continuing Nationalism
      2. Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights
      3. Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause
      4. Supremacy of the Military
      5. Rampant Sexism
      6. Controlled Mass Media
      7. Obsession with National Security
      8. Religion and Government are Intertwined
      9. Corporate Power is Protected
      10. Labor Power is Suppressed
      11. Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts
      12. Obsession with Crime and Punishment
      13. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption

    2. @Nancy Keith If true,I’ll bet sveral people have read it. illegit Joe spoke at Robert Byrds funeral!!!!!! That is a fact!!!!!!!

    3. David Eby’s argument starts with “I bet” that should tell you about trumps “alternative facts” he believes. Best not to feed the infants the attention they crave!

    4. @David Eby *NAACP mourns the death of Senator Robert Byrd…*
      https://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/106189-naacp-mourns-byrds-death
WASHINGTON, DC – The NAACP is saddened by the passing of United States Senator Robert Byrd. Byrd, the longest serving member of congress was first elected to the U.S. House from in 1952 and was elected Senator in 1958. Byrd passed away this morning at the age of 92.
“Senator Byrd reflects the transformative power of this nation,” stated NAACP President and CEO Benjamin Todd Jealous. “Senator Byrd went from being an active member of the KKK to a being a stalwart supporter of the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act and many other pieces of seminal legislation that advanced the civil rights and liberties of our country…

    5. @David Eby “When did Pres.Trump tell you that?” Every time he opens his mouth. As another poster observed, Amy Coney Barrett is part of a cult which calls its women “handmaids.” Wake up. It’s right in front of your face.

  2. I like how republicans love to talk about how government should never get in the way of personal right to choose and freedom of religion, until you bring up pro-choice. Then they shut up real quick. 😅😂

    1. @CShield it’s their business and not the government. You can’t use abortion for political tool to sway the feeble minded into voting for you . You can’t stop it our slow it down. My mom is a doctor but not a abortionist but vows it will never stop. Her and other doctors would probably perform it free to make sure women had a right to choose.

    1. @Gary Campbell no problem I honestly shouldnt be such a d*ck, it’s a bad habit from quarantine and youtube comment sections that I honestly don’t really like about myself. It’s to easy for me to be ugly to someone so I apologize there were 1000x better ways I could have addressed you.

  3. Donald Trump and his Christian Evangelical supporters are exactly the sort of people who would have made The Handmaid’s Tale a reality.
I am glad Trump lost the election and his supporters exposed as fake Christians never to be taken seriously again.

    1. @David Eby Don’t you get it? They spew these lies on tv, and then when it gets to court they say they aren’t claiming there was any fraud. They are lying to you. If not, why won’t they show any proof?

    2. @Chuckie Puppet You realize ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ is just not a tv show, right? Did you even understand anything said in the video or was it just a squadron of 747’s? Was me referencing 747’s also a 747 for you? You have no idea who Margaret Atwood is, do you?

  4. Thank you for the interview. She is a literary gem and a stunning intellectual.

  5. What’s the difference between Melania and the United States?
    tRumps no longer screwing Melania.

  6. That is an interview that I wish was an hour long. It was disappointing that Ari had to cut her off so many times for the sake of keeping the interview short.

    1. I agree… this lovely lady is one of the smartest minds of our time. Every word she utters is so profound, and, I might add, hilarious. She has said that everything she writes in her work, has happened in the real world somewhere. She’s a voracious reader of every known genre …. And she’s Canadian!

  7. Amy Coney Barrett was actually referred to by her cult as a “handmaid”. Atwood never thought her books would be used as a how-to manual.

  8. Folks, you know that Ms Atwood wrote “The Handmaid’s Tale” over 30 years ago & look how eerily real life is (hopefully was) moving in that direction. Now go and read her Oryx&Crake series ….

  9. Trump hates women of power. That is the reason why he only attack s states over his false claims of voter fraud

  10. Did my A level English on The Handmaid’s Tale. Did a shed load of research inc researching interviews with Ms Atwood and this was in the days before t’internet. Got an A. Her interviews and books contain fascinating observations about human nature.
