  1. I am the most transparent President in History. Mexico is going to pay for the wall. We’re going to hire the best people. I’m the least racist person you’ve ever met. I won the popular vote. I’m a very stable genius. The call was perfect.
Try and imagine the mind that believes all of this.

    1. @Jocelyn Russell he also views women as a depised monolith. “that ambassador, the WO-man”. he has done this several times that i know of, about several women with power. he literally uses the word ‘woman’ as a perjorative.

    2. Kevin Mcneil “There are good people on both sides.” No blacks (Ben Carson is rich enough to not count) in his administration. Steve Miller is a top advisor. “Shithole countries in Africa”. Name one thing he has done FOR minorities.(and don’t say their unemployment is low; Obama created the growing economy).

  2. It is truly sickening to see tRump continue to act ABOVE THE LAW at every turn, every day in this administration. When will we actually see King tRump actually taken down? I see no evidence of him being president of the once great USA and only his disgusting royal orders on twitter.

  3. What kind of “long-standing traditional” that the White House spokeswoman Grisham is talking about? Donald J Trump is nothing else but a criminal mob boss. It is so unfortunately that this mob and his GOP gang of criminals are still seizing the highest offices of the national powers. People must stand up to take back the power and put this gang of criminals into jails- the right place for these mobs.

    1. Robert Green crystal
Is a Russian troll. She or it puts their opinion to create distraction pay that person no mind.. And as for the press secretary we will see where she is in three years. Back in Arizona getting caught for DUI’s.

    2. kim clarke Yes, I agree. Crystal has worked very hard to do Putin a service. Her work or maybe ITS activity is from Putin’s Russian Federal Secret Service – an action that is deserved to prosecute for a crime of treason!

    1. @Pajaro-Bird Your confused, you’re describing the tune of Trump/Trumpets, projection. Be a patriot, focus on facts not Russian propaganda, it undermines our Constitutional democracy.

    2. All she ruled is he must appear before the committee.. He does not have to testify! Which, in any practical sense, means there is no reason for him to appear. But yell yea team if you want! Her ruling, in effect, changes NOTHING! ” Jackson wrote. “McGahn ‘must appear before the Committee and invoke executive privilege…. His “busy schedule” cannot keep him from appearing…. What a worthless ruling this really is! Geeze!

    1. @Richard T Some of us aren’t Nazis. After WWII, many of the Nazis claimed they just joined because everybody else did. What’s _your_ excuse going to be?

    1. Trump just threw Rudy under the bus today ….’ I didnt send Rudy to the Ukraine. ‘ Well who did it ….Melania Trump? LMAOOOOOOO

  4. Everyone defying a congressional subpoena MUST be arrested and placed behind bars – ESPECIALLY PENCE!

    1. Nobody here but us Chaotic Neutral chickens 🤣🤣🤣 I would just love to see his pasty face behind bars 🤣🤣🤣

  5. Those people who have received a subpoena from Congress and refuse to do so should be handcuffed and hauled off to jail. If I, as a “normal” citizen of the United States, refused to comply with such a subpoena, I’d be in the slammer. Such a double standard!

  6. People in government get to take their subpoena to court to find out the answer we already knew meanwhile the rest of the Americans would be talking to a jailhouse lawyer while sitting in jail.

    1. The laws have to be changed. There has to be more checks and balances on a President. A president should not be able to stonewall an investigation especially by telling others that they should not honor a subpoena and not testify.

    2. All she ruled is he must appear before the committee.. He does not have to testify! Which, in any practical sense, means there is no reason for him to appear. But yell yea team if you want! 3. @Crystal Giddens It’s on a question by question basis. Executive privilege cannot be used whenever they don’t like a question. Only on a question by question basis. It is not a get- out-of-testifying-free card.

    4. @Kenneth bugay Yes, that alone is an impeachable act, worse than the pointless “perjury” that Clinton committed.

  7. George Washington’s Advisors Agreed: Impeachment Did Away with Executive Privilege

But as one of us pointed out in a recent post for Just Security, Washington clearly signaled that executive privilege would not be available if the House were pursuing an impeachment inquiry. In withholding the papers, he wrote that

“It does not occur that the inspection of the papers asked for can be relative to any purpose under the cognizance of the House of Representatives, except that of an impeachment, which the resolution [requesting the papers] has not expressed.”

  8. So what consequences has Fiona Hill suffered since her testimony? Seems like a no brainer. It’s simple. Just do the right thing, get into Congress and tell the truth. Boom, done!

    1. If you’ve followed the reactions to her testifying you’d know she’s being personally attacked by don’t’s hydrophobic mouth breather minions. She has far too much class to show it’s affecting her but it must be unnerving since there’s no predicting what line some low IQ gutter snipe might choose to cross.

    1. Oh, yeah. Don’t show up when subpoenaed? Go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass GO. Do not collect $200.

    2. @Marty Schrader it always begs the question: If you have nothing to hide, then why are you hiding? If you did nothing wrong, why lie? We need to petition Miriam Webster to deliver a barrage of dictionaries to the White House. They’ll probably throw them away since facts don’t matter, but at least we’ll be able to say we tried to educate them in one form or another.

    3. @Paul Greenberg All she ruled is he must appear before the committee.. He does not have to testify! Which, in any practical sense, means there is no reason for him to appear! But yell yea team if you want! Her ruling, in effect, changes NOTHING! ” Jackson wrote. “McGahn ‘must appear before the Committee and invoke executive privilege…. 4. @Crystal Giddens It’s not a worthless ruling. It means that the judiciary system still maintains some semblance of order in the wake of the consistent trampling of law by Trump and his administration. It means that Trump can’t just shut everything down whenever he feels like it. He doesn’t understand anything about how our government works and how the power of the president is kept in check. He needs a stern reminder at every available opportunity because he has the attention span of a goldfish.

    1. I bet he knows all this someplace in the con mind, but he figures I can come back and correct everything that was done wrong and come out a King. (Fantasyland!!!)

  9. “Advanced by this Administration” vis: “we made it up” – it is not even mentioned in the constitution. La La Land administration.

  10. Sat beside my father during the Kefauver hearings when I was about seven years old. Had no idea that it was about the mob, just knew I was sitting with my father.
Watched news clips of Bobby Kennedy grilling Jimmie Hoffa in 1967.

Have seen documentary on 1974 Watergate Senate hearings which include Chairman Sam Ervin sending aide to tell Alexander Butterworth to be there by 2:PM or Ervin would have Federal Marshals come for him.

It simply never occurred to me that Congress now has no police power, or that it would not be a crime punishable with fine and imprisonment for failure to respond to a subpoena.

  11. everybody that turned down a subpoena needs to be arrested by the sgt of arms for 90 days at $25,000 a day.then watch the choir sing

    1. THIS IS NOT A CRIMINAL TRIAL…. REMEMBER WHEN SHILLARY IGNORED ALL THE SUBPOENAS FOR HER DEVICES AND PAPERS! … THEN DESTROYED THEM RIGHT AFTER!

  12. “President’s are not Kings” … 😂 “No absolute immunity”. Its news to Barr. And he’s the attorney general. 😂
