23,000 Georgians were not old enough to vote in November, but they will be by the Senate Runoffs on Jan. 5 according to “The Civics Center” organization. NBC’s Joshua Johnson speaks with a high school student named Aly Yamamoto who is 17 years old, but has been working to get friends and classmates who recently turned 18 registered to vote. Rather than campaigning on issues that appeal to a majority of the electorate, the GOP has made a strategy out of voter suppression.
They have, but the key is to vote in large numbers and interrupt the system of voting. Stacy Abrams has taught us to fight…they can’t stop us all.
