@Scott Krater Right, congress provides oversight. But, when the White House challenges oversight, the judiciary makes the final decision as to whether the executive branch has to comply with the edicts of the legislature. There are times the court determined that executive privilege Trumps (pun intended) legislative authority. If the court determines the executive branch must comply and it doesn’t, then they can impeach or hold in contempt. What they can’t do is win an impeachment based on Trump deciding to us the courts to delay or Trump congressional authority. In this case Trump trumped the democratic legislature.
@Dolores Reynolds Moron! Read Schiff’s transcripts he was forced to release. Schiff is finally exposed. This was not the word of Trump officials, but the word of Obama officials who publicly said Trump was guilty of collusion and they had direct evidence. See what they all said under oath. Yates, Brennan, Clapper, Power, Rice and Lynch all admitted that there was no evidence of any collusion of any type by Trimp or anyone in his administration. This is hilarious.
