    1. Democrats are terrorizing the USA
Who wants to have a Pedophile China Owned POS loser Joe NOT me
TRUMP 2020 USA RED Money Jobs

    1. Susan Cruisin 👈🏼 Fake Page Trolls and Bots are being Paid to Troll and pass Misinformation. Be aware. ⚠️

    2. @Benito Thambiraj no matter how many right leaning or right tilted news outlets there are none come on with the one sided bias as the left’s massive corporate media machines! The ones mentioned by @mark Sebring.
Which I would estimate with all the internet use and media ,the big left. Still reaches more people than right leaning media.
I might even include everyday drama tv, talk shows ect. Into the left’s influences on America.

    3. @Dave lambardo Not at all. If you had taken your time and looked at the Ad Fontes Media Bias Report or other media bias reports like I mentioned, you would see that’s quickly not the case. You insisting that what you’re saying is true is ironically evidence for this bias.

    1. I think he will, otherwise he just would have said NO. He’s playing poker just like marble mouth Mitch McConnell did an hour after Ginsburg’s death when he spoke to his REPUBLICAN Senators..

  1. Here’s an idea Mr Biden if you don’t like the idea of expanding the SCOTUS then how about term limits so we are not forced to endure a lifetime of poor decision making.

    1. @boredom2go yet republicans still promised not to appoint an nominee in an election even if they held the majority. Lindsey Graham is on camera saying just that and that we should hold him to his word. Adding another conservative Christian justice isnt what we need. We already have a conservative majority which doesn’t reflect the ideals of the majority of people in this nation.

    2. @Matt O’Byrne AOC doesn’t reflect the ideals of the majority of people in this nation. Maybe she should be removed from Congress. Ilhan Omar too.

    3. You mean the bill for which there were DOZENS of public hearings AND the text of which was published online? This talking point never made much sense.

    4. @boredom2go And the wingnuts have continued to take the quote out of context AND to pretend the ACA wasn’t fully vetted. Its no wonder y’all continue to support Trump despite his breath taking dishonesty and incompetence. Meanwhile, y’all didn’t have any qualms with the GOP’s 2018 tax scam written in a back room and largely shielded from the normal processes that would give the public opportunities to understand and weigh in on the legislation before congress voted on it. So spare us the fake outrage and hypocrisy.

    1. @Danu’s Dragonfly Probably force retirement of Supreme Court Justices on their 70th birthday so they are not as senile as Joe Biden!

    2. @freebirdpv I’m cool with that as it would affect Trump as well 🙂 Maybe they should all retire at 65?

    3. @Danu’s Dragonfly Not a problem with age term limit since I think some Politicians take their voters for granted term after term without benefiting their constituents. Example Maxine Waters whose South LA district is a mess of poverty while she lives in a $6 million mansion outside LA like a queen. I am sure this occurs in both Parties as well. So sad!!

    4. @freebirdpv I agree. It is a bi-partisan issue that requires a non-partisan resolution. Big money in politics, career lobbyists, undisclosed donors – these are serious issues that must be addressed to protect our democracy. Our Founding Fathers could not have foreseen all of this, but, there are measures in place to address corruption.

  2. The media is blowing this up more than it needs to be. The CONGRESS would have to do this, and whether a President Biden would sign that legislation would depend on the circumstances if and when that happens. We don’t even know if there will be a President Biden, we don’t know if the Republicans will actually put their nominee on the Supreme Court during the election or as a lame duck Congress. We don’t know if the court will remain as partisan on things like the ACA after the election. It is too early to say what will need to be done, so the idea of Supreme Court Expansion shouldn’t be dismissed out-of-had as a remedy for what might happen in the future.

  3. Amazing reading the comments how many people here have an amazing ability to regurgitate talking points without being able to clearly think things through.

    1. So true this man said he was running for the senate and they believe him when he says anything. This man don’t know where he is most of the time.

    2. Or how they think they have the slightest clue about politics. 🙄 most Americans do not even know what court packing is but all of a sudden, everyone is an expert 🙄

    3. @David Gainey lol I just had the greatest image of him walking out in public thinking “uh where do I go??” 😂 and then here comes one of his people, “oh sorry Mr. Biden, I had to run to the bathroom” and then he feels better lol

    1. Yep, then they do it for Senate and House. It’s called moving the goalpost. Once it starts, it will be a mess forever.

    1. If you spend your political capital too quickly on things people don’t want, you could lose the House/Senate in the midterm elections. Trump made that mistake by trying (and failing) to ram though a crappy Obamacare repeal. If Biden wins, COVID and healthcare come first. Judicial reform is lower down the list.

  4. A Dem who is primarily bought by the wealthy and corporations will likely never rectify the Republicans, and their wealth/corporate donors, stealing judge seats from the majority of the country. Biden is still better than any republican for the M&L classes and country as a whole but we need true progressives in the WH and congress to get a government, a judicial system, and hence an economic system which is consistent w/the American people. Most of us r not millionaires and billionaires but that’s the government, judicial system, and hence economic system we’ve had since 1980. It has served those at the top well but not anyone else.

  5. McConnell refused to let Obama fill ANY judicial seats for the last 2 yrs of his term.

Then, he lets Trump fill them all, including 2 Supreme court seats, one of which was Obamas and the other should be filled after the election.

So, lets talk about packing the court. Republicans already did it, the Dems just need to equal out the playing field!

  6. If the ACA is struck down, will Biden do whatever it takes to bring it back? That is the question!

    1. Biden is old school and still wants to believe the republicans can be reasoned with so he will need to be pushed to do much of what actually needs to be done.

    2. @Sue Zbell Yes he needs to be pushed. I think when the ACA is gone, he will have no choice but to pack the courts if he cares about its legacy.

  7. Why do they keep bugging Biden about court packing? It is Congress, not the president, that sets the size of the court. Ask Chuck Schumer what he plans when Democrats control the Senate. I hope he plans to rebalance the court, after all the conniving machinations of Mitch McConnell.

  8. I fully believe Joe Biden and if you would trust him, you would know that he will do what is needed when it is needed. He is absolutely right to focus on the now, winning the election so he can start making things happen for the people. It honestly can not get any worse than it is already.

  9. We All Know The Democrats Will…Biden Is Lying Again…Why Are You People Not Following The Criminal Investigation Of Joe Biden In Ukraine.
