    1. Probably won’t get it done until Democrats win both seats in the senate in the GA runoff since we all know Mconnell will just burry this bill.

  1. This has been a long time coming and it really is remarkable that…. ummm… sorry, forgot what I was going to say.

    1. That might be hard, they like moonshine. ever watch the movie Deliverance?
      A banjo starts playing….looking cute…

  2. Mitch will never allow this to pass. It will upset the beer and tobacco industries too much, and that means less money in Mitch’s pocket.

    1. @Bruce DaBuc correct this is all about big pharma people wouldn’t need pain pills or nerve pills wouldn’t need nausea meds wouldn’t need meds to help you eat after cancer which I can personally speak on.

    1. @mark burke I’m a liberal voter who always has to choose between the lesser of the evils. I’m no fan of any politician; they are our employees and not to be idolized or adored. Am I crazy about Biden? No, but he will do better for America than a life-long criminal and his “apples don’t fall far…” family.

    2. @Amy G always choose the lesser of the evil? Really? I’m not against that answer but that is a terrible mindset.

    3. @mark burke Well, unfortunately I can’t vote for who should run for office – I can only vote for those that do run. Politics attracts greedy power seekers. The best people to hold office don’t want to deal with the corruption of it all. And I do mean across the board, all parties.

    4. @DAVID I’m confused. Are you a Trump supporter? Does that mean you can understand Biden perfectly well? Maybe you should think twice before posting nonsense.

  3. Everyone: why haven’t we seen this great healthcare plan ?

Donald *:Because it’s broken up into eight horcruxes* .

  4. “Do Nothing” McConnell will just stall it in the Senate, this is why the Democrats need to win the Georgia runoffs

    1. @Exocentric It’s like Republicans are allergic to facts right in front of them. But get aroused If it’s a Conspiracy.

  5. The taxes from pot sales go directly to state and local funding, that is why RichMitch will block it. He thinks states should just file for bankruptcy.

    1. @Titi1324 Kiki13 This year in all of the states that had reforms on the ballot regarding the local level legal status of marijuana be deceiminalized, the people voted YES.

Not every state is willing to put it on the ballot, but if they had this year it likely would have pass.

    1. @The Dani Do’s Which I do not condone what McConnell is doing. However, that gives the House no excuse to do likewise. It makes Congress look rather indifferent to the more pressing issues (in my opinion).

    2. @Mr. James the heros act was passed in may as mitch sat on it for months and is now saying its the dems. CONGRESS PASSED RELIEF IN MAY … It would have saved us but mitch and the GoP have decided Amercians dont need a bailout. Considering how the system works how do you recommend nancy get something passed ? Just let the republcans do however they want becuase mitch felt the need to confirm a SCOTUS and not take up pandemic relief before he sent the senate home to campaign ? He has called himself the “grim reaper” of democratic policy and stated he wont even bring them for a vote. So again plz explain to us how exactly this falls on the house and how they are to defeat the illegal unethical power grab by FASCIST that is currently happening in this attempted coup supported and enabled by mitch Mcconnell and the Senate republcans ?

    3. @The Dani Do’s I don’t know… The same way Pelosi blocked coronavirus relief when Republicans offered it to her. Better yet, how about the time she refused it when the White House themselves offered her a deal? So yeah, the House leadership could’ve done more for the people (although this is not to say that all fault lies on the House for a failure to pass coronavirus relief).

This proven further when you get into the specifics of the case. The White House offered Pelosi a near two trillion dollar package and she rejected it. However, she recently gave her approval to a new package that contains HALF of the funding! Why would she support this package, but not the one that provided more funds? Even when those in her own party told her to accept the deal, she refused.

    4. @Mr. James again the house passed the heros act in may and mitch did nothing but blamed dems becuase after mitch decided it was a “blue state bailout” none of this is how it works congress controls the purse thier is an order and a way our system works. McConnell has been stone walling democrats for a decade. This is not a republican way or the highway situation. But I guess since the white house became suddenly unlimited executive power everything has to go through them ? But not if the dems control the hoise and the white house becuase the senate GoP dumped the filibuster and can dominate everything with a small blockade of tiny republican states in the middle of the country. Face it the GoP is dead and they know it which is why they are swinging to this soft FASCIST attempted coup. All of this countries issues fall at the feet of the turtle from Kentucky followed by that grifting PoS un the white house

    5. @The Dani Do’s The GOP did not dump the filibuster, what are you talking about? The filibuster is very much still a thing in the Senate.

Again, I’m not condoning what the Senate and McConnell have done in regards to blocking coronavirus relief. I’m simply stating that it does not give the House an excuse to do the same.

What was your intent in this post? No offense, but its very unclear between you accusing the GOP of fascism and complaining about McConnell.

  6. Republicans always talking about Dems supressing freedoms, but they’re the ones not allowing you to take Medicine from Earth itself.

    1. @Aesthetic Enigma not only that. Pumping trillions of dollars into the stock market during covid not only helped American stock holders but about 1 third foreign investors. Peanuts for the little people that spend to survive again helping big business. Trickle up economics works and trickle down doesn’t. Greed!

    2. @Mr. James Good catch I must’ve got them confused with eachother. I know your intentions were to make me look foolish. But you actually helped me out. Thanks man 🤗

I noticed you didn’t dispute anything else I said. And obviously you’re most likely a smarter Rightie than most. I haven’t lost a debate online yet. You’re welcomed to see me.

It seems to me like you know I’m right and that’s the best you can do. 😁

    3. @Aesthetic Enigma I’m not in the mood for a debate. You believe what you want to believe, I was just pointing out something that I saw as a curiosity.

Also, way to assume that I’m a “Rightie”. Take care, buddy!

    4. @Wayne Norris Agree. Pumping up the stock market with bonds did not help anyone on Main Street. Yet, the stock market is constantly touted as a sign of a “recovered economy”.

    1. did you think I really want my sons and daughters to look like that some day? Bc that’s where it always ends up

    2. I just see ppl making themselves ill. Addiction is not a joke. Parts of Canada alreayd have crazy politicians trying to push for decriminalizing hard drugs. Its a mistake pure and symple.
