    1. How rotten and crooked is the Trump administration compared to previous administrations?
Let’s take a look at some rather interesting numbers:
Number of crooks from within Richard Milhous Nixon’s administration indicted: 73.
Number of crooks from within Barack Hussein Obama’s administration indicted: 0.
Number of crooks from within Donald John Trump’s administration indicted: 215 and still counting.

    1. @Silver Kraken “These judges” who rule against the corrupt Trump are not unbiased and don’t follow the US Constitution? That’s a quaint claim but I wouldn’t suppose you have a bit of evidence to prove your claim, especially about US Judge Lewis Kaplan. As a Harvard Law School grad, I’d bet the farm on Judge Kaplan following the law to the letter.

  1. Looks like Trump will have to use his own money to fight this one. He should be hiring his own lawyers in the first place rather than using our money meant for legit DOJ business.

    1. Hmm! Yes that’s right if anyone else had done this the republicans and some ppl across this country heads would’ve been spinning but #45 does it with no repercussion! #SMH 😡🇺🇸

    2. Exactly, just like everyone else must pay for their deviant behavior, the Orange evil moron must do the same. Dictators use the money from the taxpayers, while the taxpayers stay poor 🤬

    3. @NoneOfYour Beeswax Glenn Kirshner brought up an interesting point. Trump may have SO MANY legal liabilities, the DoJ won’t be able to pursue them all. After all, how long is a life sentence for him? 10 years? 20 years? We already know he is near broke, so you can only fine him so much, then it becomes symbolic. Personally, I would like to see the DoJ do an IBM on him, but that won’t happen. (IBM is still suing a patent troll 15 years after the total dissolution of the troll. just because)

  2. Why should the people pay for his private law suits? The alleged assault happened when he was a private citizen – he should use his private lawyers.

    1. @Tseleng Botlhole Barr is ill and has been paid for with dark money. He knows , he knows and does not care.Neither He nor Dump will most likely not live long enough to worry about anything. Hence, the reason for their behavior and power grab.

    2. Rudy Giuliani has his own problems to deal with so he can’t besides who trusts that wank anymore…

    3. @TheBuck StopsHere I read he had spent more than the last 3 presidents put together. Money is not real to the Dump.

  3. This corruption is absolutely insane – the bill must be sent to trump himself and not the American people. #VOTEHIMOUT

    1. Yes you could have a situation where Trump accosts a voter, and then the voter needs to pay (through taxes) Trumps own defense!!!!!

  4. trump has never shown any interest in doing his duty as president: to protect and serve the people of the United States. On the other hand he has shown tremendous interest in getting protection from his DoJ. It shows that he is not running for re-election, but from legal justice.

    1. He said his sons were going to run his business while he’s president and that was a lie he threw parties at his marlago estate charging people hundreds of $ to party and Trump just appeared on a screen in a taped statement wow

    2. The lawsuit cannot be dismissed right now but if the President becomes a Dictator & not a President that’s the way I see what is happening now. If this thinking is correct than it would be in the best interest of the President in fact the Only interest by the President to let Russia come right into the USA through the President & his Court & stop the November Election & promote him from President to Dictator over the entire USA. If the President becomes Dictator being promoted from President by Russia (a dream come true for most people) he will never leave office for a long time with Huge Power & Wealth which he needs lightning fast now because of Huge Massive Debt but will be Payed Now To Russia, etc. through Big Private Tax Payer Money coming from HIS 30 Billionaires & other Rich Republicans who DID support him. You can be quite sure they All will be stopped from leaving the USA. He & even his Children get to Pay Off All Their Debts & Create Extreme Wealth Also. I believe this is the Only & Best alternative for the President & the Family (he could be Impeached Eternally again this time by both Houses of Congress & Forced to Leave Office, etc.). So I am expecting Russia to come right into the USA with help from the President & his Court & stop the November Election. I believe there could be civil war just before the 2020 Election especially if Russia does come into the USA through the back door by the President & his Court – there will first be a complete & total power blackout of the USA including all communication (internet, radio, TV, hacking of many online bank accounts, etc.) through connections with this corrupt Republican Party & take it from there with COVID-19 running wild just what will happen to the USA after that just before the 2020 Election. If this does Not happen – I am looking at a huge landslide victory in the November Election for the Democratic Party even on voter turnout.

  5. Isn’t he soo rich that he doesn’t need tax payer money, you remember, the money of those losers who aren’t wealthy, the losers who pay their taxes, the losers that aren’t trump.

    1. @Dew Blanco He did actually say that – but after 4 years – the ONÉ THING we do know is that TRUMP’S LIES! Not occasionally, not accidentally, not unintentionally, but easily, regularly, flippently, knowingly, offensively and to an extremely dangerous effect. You know it and I know it but you rather sickeningly seem to defend it! Now, what does that say about you?

    2. @Albert Smith obama had $5mil vacations
Pelosi remodled passenger jet for her to fly back n forth 3x a week from Cali to DC at $60k per 1 way trip. Dont believe Trump is doing this

  6. Disgusting, Trump and Barr trying to manipulate a Government Department for Trumps needs… again. Use your own money Trump.

    1. @Tf2knight Chinese should be of concern. But when one is stuck in a pattern of denial and ignorance it’s tough to break out. Could it be that Russia is permanently embedded in the brains of the left? If Trump wins again they’ll be at a loss on which election to melt down over.

    1. This is not a criminal case , it is defamation suit steaming from Trump denial of the accusation against him. This is an abuse of the judicial process

    2. @Neil Nelmar I’m sure there will be criminal cases facing Trump in future. The Biggest Crook Ever as President of these United States of America!!!!

    1. Donald Trump’s Republicans turned Nazi Party are certainly a Domestic Enemy of the Constitution.
In fact, Nazi Party is an enemy of Science, Decency, Reality, Truth, Justice, All of Humanity & the Earth itself.
America & indeed Earth must be Purged of this vile evil ir it will destroy us.

    2. @Matt Tarrant Well, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are – Barrett not so much.

If you can’t answer basic questions on constitutional law you should not even be on a county bench let alone the SCOTUS.

It’s like putting a broken Skoda engine in a brand new Ferrari.

    3. @Kenny Hill yes, but he was insinuating the judge in this case weren’t real judges but those three were (not me)

  7. Is there anybody, anywhere, who is unsure about the president’s character? Listen to one of his rallies for 5 min. He is a moron, and seems to be proud of it.

    1. @W B Marbles? lol…you mean when hes talking about compassion for people and policies? Then yea, you’re right.

    1. Please don’t insult grifters. The Orange Goon is a lot worse that a grifter. He doesn’t have enough character to even be called a grifter.

  8. It’s absurd this was even a question, whether taxpayers should have to pay to defend his alleged personal antics!

  9. Finally a judge in america with some horse sense. If trump is left unchecked he will force out, fire, or flat out execute all judges that oppose him.

    1. Yes, he did and the entire reality TV image was a big fraud. Too many Americans don’t realize reality TV has nothing to do with reality.

  10. AMERICANS vote in big numbers so the election is *”Too Big To Rig, and Too Real To Steal.”*
    *—Glenn Kirschner*

    1. @hamjudo When every republican votes, and every democrat votes, then in 2020 many republicans switch-vote too, the numbers will be too big to rig.. it’s just math.

  11. People should not take the Puritan Judge Amy lightly. She’s dangerous and untrustworthy. The Federalists are screaming up and down with joy. They have got their stupid president who will do their bidding, and in turn, they will try and protect him. He gave them huge tax breaks and placed another far-right Christian fanatic on the bench.

    1. @Krieghandt Glad to find somebody here thinking instead of emoting and catastrophizing without facts. While abortion may one day be seen with the abhorence that slavery once was, everything else including judicial activism is correct. One thing that can be added about the either uninformed or else disingenuous hand-wringing over ACA (Obamacare) is that three of the conservative justices have already stated that-against the Trump administration–that they believe in severability (i.e., a part of the law can be struck down without necessarily or automatically invalidating the entire law). Amy Coney Barrett’s challenge of Robert’s own controversial ruling on the ACA is on narrow process grounds that may not even come into play in the next ACA case. Moreover, ACB favors severability (that would make 4 conservative justices against that Trump tactic) and in a moot court exercise ruled in favor of the ACA.

    2. @KLQL Kirin “she’s a genuine Christian”.

Well that a surefire way of describing a bigotted fanatic.

    3. @Sebastian Weetabix You sound a lot like Donald J. Trump, the Master of Projection, except on the other far end of the spectrum.

    1. @Hanson Cogen Yes he does. He is mandated by law to be paid. However Trump actually donates his salary to charities after receiving it.

    2. Chas Burns
Hey angry boy. There is not a dispute about the President being paid. The man “offered” himself into public service, like the military, the mayor, the clergy, they all get paid. Public service is a time honoured endeavour. It is a shame Trump does not have the wherewithal to fulfil his service in a capable, dignified manner.

    3. @Plumannieduff Him being paid makes him an employee. That is what this case is about. All the ignorance you are posting is TDS. I do agree he has not fulfilled his service. Hilary and the other corrupt politicians in the DNC AND THE RNC should have been arrested. All the law enforcement involved in illegaly spying on Trump and all the citizens of this nation should also be in prison. All the congress men and women that approved the patriot act should be held to account for violating citizens rights along with all the judges that have upheld it. But Trump is unfortunately the best being offered. Trump 2020!
