There needs to be an elite group of well educated and trained men and women who should be empowered by the government to investigate the the police force, civil servants, private sector officials and government members who are involved in scamming and the importation of guns into the country.
The little young men and girls can’t commit crimes without the backing of officials in the police force , army , customs and government members.
Who watch the watchers? Are we going to have watchers to watch watchers who will themselves have watchers and so on and so forth?
