  1. Maybe that’s all the US needs is just a lot more sleep. So when are we going to get some paid sleep days now???

  2. I haven’t slept well in years. It comes from working night shifts and being generally high strung. Sleep aids for me usually linger after I get up and it is the worst. Maybe I’m just a born poor sleeper, but I never really feel tired during the waking hours so maybe I’m okay or maybe I’ll die early because of all this.

  3. I received my new fuel gauge, for my car from China. .It does not read, full, 3/4 1/2 1/4 and Zero. It reads $800-$600-$400-$200 and potato head.

  4. I bet Uncle Joe has no problems sleeping. He does it often enough — even while he’s awake 👀

  5. I can sleep about 15 hours if I didn’t get any sleep the day before. Any longer than 10 hours usually results in a long lasting headache for me.

  6. Damn I only sleep for a couple of hours if I try to sleep for more I feel rough punchdrunk. talking about sleeping they say Eric Swalwell is a sleeper agent for the Chinese

  7. Your diet has a great impact on the quality of your sleep.
Last year i was becoming slightly overweight, i was snoring in my sleep, i had gastric reflux, i hit the snooze button multiple times before getting up, always felt tired no matter how long i slept, always felt very tired after i ate a big meal to the point where i needed a short 10 to 15 min. nap to recover, had migraines my whole life.
And one day i watched a video about keto diet, the benefit of intermediate fasting and the impact of hidden sugars.
    I tried a hardcore change:
Cut off almost all sugar intake including the carbs.
Only one meal per day, very few snacks and only something like nuts.
First week was hard and got my situation worse, but was expecting it to be, so i carried on. And about one week into it, bam!, i already felt that my sleep had improved. When i woke up, i felt rested and my energy was back. No more snoozing from there on!
This was 8 months ago.. I lost weight.. and i started to eat 2 meals per day again..
Since i started this new lifestyle, beside the already mentioned benefits of healthy sleep and a boost of energy, i stopped snoring, i stopped having gastric reflux, i stopped having migraines, and i didn’t felt the need to have a nap anymore.
I also give the advice to do exercise, and i mean exercise, not sport. Go for a walk for at least 30 min. to an hour. You don’t need to do jogging or running, just keep up a good and constant past. Strenghten your core muscles by planking for 1 min. per day.
I had life changing results and don’t feel tired, sometimes even when i technically had very little time to sleep..
I hope this can help some folks to change their lives for the better, too. Give it a try and be persistent, what do you have to lose?

  8. Sleep for 2 1/2 hours, awake for 10 minutes, repeat, and then 2 1/2 more sleep.

    There’s MY 8 hours… and it sucks.

  9. Consistent exercise using a heart rate monitor since 1987 , listening to my body while I train for my 10th Ironman race. I do not train to get younger but to keep from feeling older and rest , naps help alot , getting my mind ready for sleep long before I head to bed is the key, the bedroom is for sleep , not TV or cell phone . Bottom line , dont over think and stop thinking about how you have to sleep and how long you have to sleep. You cannot fix a bike while you are riding it .

  10. I sleep a lot better since I established an early bedtime (9:30pm) and started intermittent fasting (I stop eating by 6:30pm.) Also, I finally eliminated caffeine and alcohol which helps too!

  11. According to spiritual savant Ramana Maharshi, when we enter deep sleep we lose the ego & merge with GOD.This is why if you don’t get this interface nightly, you don’t feel refreshed when you, the ego, awaken,s.
Don’t take my word for it hear on utube;Ramana Maharshi‐ Be as You Are, Chapter 12, Experience and Samadhi.
