I am 36 years old, had my daughter at 14 from forced sex of an older man. My daughter is 21 going 22 June and to date it has damaged me mentally. I struggle with anxiety and depression. There was a time when I had issues with my child’s father and he made reports to CDA in Falmouth to which we had many meetings to which I brought up that I was raped by him causing me to bear a child at a tender age, and every time I brought it up during the meetings nothing was said or done. Now he is living in England and I still need counseling as an adult due to that and the fact that I got no justice. I found out that both he and his wife had a friend working there at the CDA in Falmouth and she was the officer that handled the meetings that’s why she played deaf to my outburst of rape. The systems are so corrupted in every department in this Country

It is still not too late for charges to be laid and the officer brought to books. You now need to make a formal report and follow through.
You don’t need a law to stop someone who is a risk to children. Just terminate the contract.
This sounds like a systemic institutional failure from top to bottom.
Did they not do a DBS Check.

pls put this woman in prison for atempt to overeating herself, and stop giving her food for few months just basic minerals and vitamins, it’s halfsuicide situation …some Africans is starving and some eat for 3 persons
