The unexpected generosity of a homeless Windsor man has led to a life-changing gift.

Paul Donelly, 61, says his life took a turn for the worse after barely surviving a car accident three decades ago that left him with head trauma and other lingering injuries.

  2. In Toronto downtown core- especially on Fridays, I noticed there are a lot of cops pretending to be homeless. I use to give a lot of $$$ to homeless but now I am hesitant because of these cops pretending to be homeless. I wish this channel did a story on this. Shame on Toronto Police Services

    1. I find that extremely difficult to believe. What possible reason would the cops have to do that? Hollywood is not real life.
