  1. Vital Partners Inc. is/was a private, for-profit healthcare company owned and operated by the wife of Tyler Shandro. Tyler Shandro, while Minister of Health of the Alberta healthcare system, had shares/investment in this company. So what if his investment is at arm’s length? So what if the Ethics Commissioner (?) said it was fine and dandy, no problem at all for the then-Minister of Health to own shares/investment, in a private, for-profit healthcare company. She said there was no conflict of interest (!!!!!!!!!!!!)??????? (Is this EC also Conservative?) (I bet a toonie there would most definitely be a conflict of interest if it was an NDP.)
This doctor was only telling the truth in this post, and probably felt threatened by the then-Minister of Health, Tyler Shandro, actually showing up on his doorstep – at his home. That, in and of itself, would definitely seem threatening, never mind how Shandro acted and what he said to the doctor.

  2. Deeply inappropriate describes the current cabinet in power, most certainly. With both the premier and the attorney general breaking the law, who’s investigating the top two ?
