Biden won’t do it. It’s not his job. He’s the executive, not judicial branch of the Government. He’ll do the right thing and let the DOJ handle it if they want to pursue it. DOJ is supposed to be non-partisan. Biden will stay out of their way like he’s supposed to.

They’re not worried about “crossing a legal line.” Trump probably promised every one of them that he’ll cover their court costs should they get into trouble. He did that at one of his rallies, so it’s not far fetched of me to think that. But we know, that it’s also probable that he won’t follow through with his promise to pay or even pardon his lawyers and affidavit signers. Once he gets evicted he won’t care about Rudy and others. Including his supporters. He’ll either serve prison time when NY gets done with him, or he’ll leave the country, probably Moscow, and play golf for the rest of his life.
